The complete experience was excellent from the initial sales call to installation. The email status tracker was very helpful in terms of when to expect the next step . The timelines were adhered to and predictable. This made planning very easy cant wait for next esb bill

PV Gen installed our Solar Panels in June 2021. The installation was very neat and tidy. Everything was well explained. In fairness it took a while (a few months) to schedule the work as they were very busy but that wasn't a big issue for us. We got a battery as part of the 3.75 kWp system and moved to the night rate with our electricity provider. The system has 10 south facing solar panels. On a really nice sunny day in summer it generates 25 kW of solar power. Even in winter it generates 1-2kW. The app is very good for tracking output and consumption and what is fed to the Grid for the micrgeneration payment. About 2 years later my wife bought a Hybrid car and PV Gen installed the charger - another service that was well delivered. The new app that accompanies the charger gives greater control of the overall system including ability to boost the water with the immersion (with the older app the water was on a schedule that was configured at the Eddi). There is no maintenance with the solar panels but if there is any issue PV Gen are very good to deal with. Overall, I would highly recommend PV Gen and look forward to many more years of free electricity. It has definitely saved us a lot of money in annual electricity costs.

My initial experience with PV generation was not good in terms of their planning and execution of the work but since then I have had regular contact from one of the customer support team members Michelle Sherry to make sure my installation was performing as it should and helped me to get a follow up BER on my property. Hence a better rating than previous, hopefully the experience of future customers will improve allowing the max rating to be applied.

Exactly what we were looking for and the lads were in and with minimal fuss and bother. Couldn’t speak highly enough about the whole operation.

From the initial meeting with the sales rep Adrian to the final installation in February 2023 everything went to plan. The installers were informative and answered any questions put to them. I have had a few problems since after installing the Harvi and the one grievance I would have is that the staff seem to move to other sections or move on so it is quite difficult to have to start all over again with problem. Last time it took nearly six months to resolve which isn’t good enough given the price they cost.

Straight forward from quote, right through to install and salesman Steven always kept dialogue open throughout. Even with a small issue that needed repair a year later. It works great and saves.

From salesman right through to completion of work every thing done to very high standards. And the aftercare is excellent too. This company has obviously trained their staff in the proper way. A great experience. A special mention for michelle who was more than helpful recently.

From my initial contact with PV Generation regarding solar panels everything went smoothly. Ronan, salesman explained everything about solar panels, grants available, how to apply for grant & the installation process. Office staff contacted me shortly after this & gave me a date & emailed everything in detail about the process. The company did all the detailed paperwork, which was brilliant. The solar panel installation team & electricians came as planned & left the house inside & outside clean & tidy & took away packaging etc. I was very impressed with the whole process. I would highly recommend PV GENERATION to anybody thinking of installing Solar Panels.

We had a very positive experience with PV Generation. Darragh Walsh was an excellent point of contact and answered all queries in a timely manner. They looked after all grant applications for us and very clearly explained the process and timelines.

We were extremely happy with PV Generation. Jake was our first point of contact, right through to final installation. Jake explained everything in detail, was very professional and even showed us his own home's panels on his app, explaining how evergy is being generated, being used or being sold back to the grid. It was so clear after seeing the app working. The installation went exactly to plan, everyone arrived when they were scheduled, worked right through the day and had the whole place clean and tidy before they left at 4pm having installed 10 panels, downloading the app on my phone and showing me how to use it. Totally trustworthy, professional and reliable from start to finish. We would highly recommend PV generation.

The process was straightforward and easy from start to finish. The salesman Robert explained the procedures and completed all documentation for the grant and gave me reading material to enable me understand how the system worked and gave me a week to consider before deciding and sending deposit. Customer Service in the office kept in touch right through the process. The installation crew arrived exactly at agreed time and took great care with every aspect of the installation. They did not leave until they completed all the paperwork and setup and explained the workings of the app on my phone to enable me monitor the electricity being produced by the panels. They checked in with me during the installation to ensure I was happy with the quality of the workmanship. Any contact I had with any member of the company was both friendly and professional. From my experience I would highly recommend PV Generation.

I was impressed by the clear and informative product description delivered by Mark from PV Generation.The installation team completed their work in a timely and professional manner leaving no mess.Best of all since installation electricity bills have been significantly reduced and we have hot water most of the time all coming through the PV panels. I was availing of a Farm Grant to instal a PV system on my dairy farm and found PV Gen very professional to deal with from the first contact with their sales dept. My instal was a drawn out process because we had to wait for grant approval. Once that was in place the instal date was fixed and took two days. The instal crew were very efficient and talked me through the workings of the system. I had an issue with the system that took a few weeks to resolve and everything had worked very well since. All the paperwork was submitted by PV Gen for the grant and I have received the payment

PV Generation installed mine over a year now and I can safely say they were excellent from start to finish. The staff were & are very helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone that is looking to get solar cells installed
