Overall, this service and product has been very good. I have it for almost 5 months now and really seeing the benefits in my bills. I found it efficient and very good as a whole. I was happy with sales, any after service I required but wasn’t overly enthused by the installation on the day although I have to say they were punctual and hard working. One of my panels broke on the day of installation, this had to be replaced the following day. I have absolutely no issue with this, accidents happen but there was zero communication from the workmen about the issue and no explanation as to why the work was being held up. We eventually got to the bottom of it when a male family member called to the house and they communicated issue with him. I don’t know why issue couldn’t have been communicated with me (I’m female). My other issue was that my inverter was placed in the attic and stopped my sky from working as the workers had somehow interfered with it. Again, not a big issue and they did fix this the following morning but when I looked in the attic after they had left, they had completely messed all the insulation around my hot water tank and this will possibly need to be rectified in the future. I was very disappointed to see this. There were also a number of nails left in garden (possibly inevitable) but dangerous for little feet or paws. Overall, as I originally said I was mostly happy with service/product but given that they were more expensive than competitors I was disappointed with the issues I experienced during the installation process but had absolutely no issues pre installation or post installation.

We had solar panels installed recently and I can honestly say PV Generation has been simply outstanding: I couldn’t pick anyone that stood out because they all stood out . From beginning to end, there was someone at the end of a phone at all times and I have a will continue to recommend them to everyone I speak too .

The Sales person was excellent, the installation team came when they said they would and did a good job, though probably could have been a bit neater with the cleanup. The only real gripe I have is that I still haven't heard anything about the BER appointment and it's been almost 9 weeks since the installation was complete. If I was given a date, even several weeks out, that would be better than hearing nothing. Having installed the panels in the middle of winter we're not getting much of an impact on our electricity bills (a 10% reduction maybe - between 1 and 5kWh per day from the 12 PV panels). I'm sure it will start to pay for itself when we get into the Spring.

The process was very well handled since the first contact with sales, that answered to all our questions, and until the complete installation and inspections. Very professional and no Hussle

The installation guys did a nice job installing both the PV panels and the electrical installation. The system meets ~ 60% of my electrical consumption and I get paid for the excess I export to the grid in the summer months so great savings. Any query's I had were dealt with promptly by the customer support team so delighted overall.

I got numerous quotes for a PV installation and felt that PV gen were the company that made the best effort to explain the installation in person and had a great break down of the prices for different size systems. They also sent an initial surveyor to give me a feel for what was possible followed by another surveyor to make sure the electrical status of the house was up to standard before installation. The office staff were great to deal with and set out a timeline which was exactly when the install occurred. The installation was immaculate and I am now enjoying the benefits of a PV installation. I have received my first bill where the PV has been active and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I generated and exported in the winter months. Looking forward to seeing its full potential in the new year!! Great company and definitely worthwhile talking to them if you’re planning a PV installation.

Panels installed over two years ago and have not worked for any length of time. A faulty unit was installed in electrical box and was replaced soon after initial installation. The system is still not working and this has been the case from day one. Have been making contact over the last two years and they keep passing the book. Have been using as much fuel as always so this has been a complete waste of time and money installing them. This is surprising considering the salesman telling us about how exceptional the system was going to be. Have regretted this purchase since the day of installation.

I recently had PV Ceneration Ltd install 18 pamels on my roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone as they were fantastic to deal with from the office to the fitters. Highly recommended.

From start to finish the service we received from PV Gen was excellent, beginning with Stephen Healy who called here to explain the process. Stephen handled all the paperwork and then the installers arrived and they were both friendly and professional. We got an additional 8 panels this year and again the the service we received was second to none.

Everything taken care of in a professional manner from initial costing to installation. All in-house job. No sub contractors etc.. From the moment I got in contact everything was worked through with incredible efficiency. The day of the install, a team of 6 turned up at 8am and were finished by 1:30pm. Incredible.

Excellent team of installers, talked me through the whole process as soon as they arrived. Few days later a call from customer care to see how it all went. Definitely recommend PV Gen

Our journey to solar was made very easy from start to finish. Mark visited our house and explained the system in detail and the process of installation. The installation team were very professional and had the job completed within the day. The system is producing our normal daytime needs even though we are in December. We would highly recommend PV Generation and their team. Thanks for a job well done.

I had a 10 panel system installed yesterday. I am very happy with the service received from PVGen at all stages. Initial contact was followed up efficiently. During the rep’s visit the process was thoroughly explained. Costing was transparent. The timing of each stage was made clear - and in reality things happened as promised. Installation was efficient and followed by a very clear handover. Big thank you to all involved.

The installation teams were incredibly efficient in how they worked. The very friendly crew showed us how to work everything between the app and the controls. Any time we've been in contact with PV Generation they've been friendly and helpful. We feel a lot better about our energy use in the home and we're making a lot of savings!

We installed solar panels in May 2023, which were supplied by PV Generation. The initial consultation was with Mark, who explained professionally in detail the various options available to us. We liked the fact it was not a hard sell, and we had time to think it over, with Mark always available to respond to any further questions we had. Following the purchase and survey we were contacted by the design team, who supplied a detailed cad drawing of the proposed installation. Again Kevin was very helpful in the follow up calls. On the installation date, Thomas and the PV team installed the system in 6 hours. To date we have had no issues with the system, and Nathalie and the team in Monaghan continue to provide support and updates, as they did during the pre installation phase. The system itself is performing very well, with significant savings in electricity consumption. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending PV Generation.

Everything went without a hitch, from start to finish all the staff were friendly and helpful, I couldn't recommend PV generation higher
