Good clear dealings with Go Solar. Office staff were knowledgable and helpful. Installation was done on time and with minimal disruption.

GoSolar were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, the 5 stars are well deserved. I priced my system with several companies, and GoSolar were the most competitive. Aoibhin in sales was very helpful throughout the process and was always very responsive to my emails. She took care of all the paperwork, including the grant application and the microgeneration scheme registration. Once I decided on GoSolar I only had to wait 8 weeks for installation. The installation work (I got 16 panels (6 on the front and 10 on the back)) was completed in a single day and was done to a very high standard. The SAEI inspector even commented on how tidy the work was. I would have no hesitation in recommending GoSolar to others and in fact I have done just that.

Maybe you are reading this the same way I read these reviews some weeks ago. I did not know anything about solar panels and I relied very much in what people I knew told us and the revisions I did read. The people I spoke with talked highly about GoSolar and from the moment I contacted them it was nice and surprising to be contacted so quickly and efficiently. Our installation is now complete and from begin to end I have found the process easy by their guidance and service. To the dot, all that was mentioned and discussed took place on the times and as discussed. The people in the office, very efficient and helpful. The installers very helpful and informative. See, you end up knowing their names, and while they represent a company, it is a person you are dealing throught and they are very much fronting it themselves. All, all of them, very professional. From my part, I would recomend them to you. I do not know you of course, but to us it was the reviews of other people that we knew directly and others that we did not know that ended us with us having a great experience and I would advise that to you. Sometimes in these times it is unusual to encounter companies that work so well and make the engagement actually enjoyable. Dealing with Go Solar was seamless from start to finish. The installation went brilliantly I am delighted with my new system and the service overall!

We had our system installed on Jun 16th by GoSolar. The roofer guys arrived bright and early and got to work installing the solar panels. Shortly afterwards the electricians arrived and began the electrical work in the attic. The house was a hive of activity until, finally, around mid afternoon, the work was done. Since then, we've been enjoying watching the recorded generation on the phone app showing lots of KwHrs being generated. There was a hitch involved in getting the battery into the attic, and so that was deferred to a later date for insttallation. Our first bill, not covering the whole of the billing period, and not including the contribution of the battery for maybe half of the billing period, was dramatically lower than the previous one. Our calculations from the daily app totals suggest that with about 2 weeks to go to the end of this billing period, our charges for electricly are running at about €32. Even with the Govt subsidy, our previous bills were about €180 in total. Assuming the app data is pretty accurate, and our assumptions regarding night time units and daytime units are close enough, that's pretty amazing. Even allowing that this is the summer - autumn period. The performance on dull days, is not as high obviously, but is still useful, and having free hot water in the summer is a great bonus. GoSolar has been thoroughly businesslink and professional from start to finish and so we have no hesitation in recommending them. The price quoted by them was better than others we had received, for a better specced system - 3Kw battery as opposed to ours of 5Kw, and panel total potential output of around 3.8KwHrs, as opposed to ours of 4.8KwHrs. So far, we're not disappointed and very pleased.

We have contracted our PV panels with GoSolar. We can 100% recommend this company, just triple A+ service. From the moment we started discussing our requirements, Aoibhin Kiely was very helpful in answering any queries we would have and suggested better options to have an optimal layout on our roof which was later reconfirmed by a site visit of the technical guy. On the day, there were two teams working - the roofers and electricians. Both teams arrived punctually at 08.30hrs at the house and immediately started their work. We were amazed by their hard work, professionalism and teamwork. All simply knew exactly what they were doing and we watched the steady progress of the installation of the whole system. All our 21 panels were up and running by 13.45hrs on the same day when they left the place tidy and neat as they found it that morning. And, as it was a sunny day, we could immediately witness our first electricity being produced that same afternoon. Having checked the market thoroughly for our PV panel project, we have found GoSolar competitive in price, (and very important) we got quick answers to our queries, a decent not too long lead time of abt 5-6 weeks and professional in their approach and installation of the system. They also guided us through the grant application process with SEAI (GoSolar are approved installers) and the required BER rating survey is included in the price. I found Go Solar very helpful and gave a full and honest explanation and appraisal of the whole PV system before we decided to contract stage. They were very efficient with the installation of the panels on the roof and the necessary electrical work inside the house all of which was completed in one day. The commissioning stage followed immediately afterwards. Very satisfactory exoerience.
