Just had a 10 panel solar PV system installed. Great company to deal with, very helpful and answered all the questions I had, arrived when agreed and did an excellent job, explained everything. I'd highly recommend them.

Just had my solar system installed by NCE, from start to finish I am very happy with the process, from the initial contact to the final install. Got great advice and all the work was carried out professionally. I'd highly recommend NCE if you are considering a Solar Install.

We’re really glad we chose North Cork Electrical (NCE). Richard, Claire and the office team have been excellent from first contact and have given great assistance in arranging for BER and NC6 form submission and in providing post installation advice. Quote received was net of the SEAI grant, which provided us with confidence of quality work. Installation was fully completed 15 days after payment of the deposit. I found the initial meeting with NCE very easy to understand and it enabled me to make a quick decision to go ahead. The process was very simple and the staff involved were both courteous and professional. The installation was carried out on time and both the roof element and the electrical parts were done by excellent craftsmen. To be fair from the initial quote through to the final commissioning I found North Cork Electrical easy to deal with. Their crews were efficient and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

When I began to consider getting a solar system I had contacted nine solar panel installation companies, but only one of them came back with an appropriate solution at a price that made sense. This was North Cork electrical. From my first contact with James I got the vibe that I was dealing with a company who put their attention to the delivery of a quality product to suit the needs of their client. The design engineer took on board my questions and prepared six different options for different sized systems, with and without batteries. The options were clearly presented using the Opensolar app. The performance estimates looked realistic. When I decided to book, the process was straightforward, the method of payment and contract was fair. Grant applications and the BER were taken care of. The installation crews were friendly and efficient. When I initially had a technical teething problem it was sorted remotely and promptly. Overall, dealing with the company was a good experience and one month in the system is working as I anticipated.

After talking to many installers I am happy that I went with NCE. Richie was very knowledgeable and provided me with a specification I was most happy with. The whole process was delayed a year by the TAMS grant but once I got the go ahead, they gave me dates and stuck to them. The work was to a high standard and the men who carried it out were exceptionally pleasant and professional. I am extremely happy with the whole experience and the finished product and I am delighted to recommend them to anyone thinking of installing solar.

Excellent stuff! Roofers had panels up in 4 hours! The electricians, Jack and Michael are to be commended. Had a very difficult job in drilling holes through 3 foot walls etc. did it without a bother and made sure they cleaned up as they went along. They went beyond the call of duty. Did an excellent job. Explained everything in find detail during and afterwards. Highly recommended and trustworthy. If you’re thinking king of getting EPS and NCE out to do a job, give it no second thoughts. Just do it. Worth every penny.

We Recently installed 13 PV panels on our home with the help of North Cork Electrical The whole process was stress free from start to finish dealing with Richard the owner Michael doing the survey the carpenters and electrical installation staff they were a pleasure to deal with and had great skills and knowledge and looked fantastic and very tidy when it was finished also Claire in the office for her help and knowledge for coming back to me regarding questions just to note when it was activated at around 3.30pm the sun was shining and charged the battery to 37 percent and supplied the house till 21.30pm till the grid cut in then finally they look after the whole process once you are granted the grant and 6 weeks approximately the 2100euros is paid into your bank account I would highly recommend this company and have no issues doing so

Richie and his crew did the electrical works on my new build in 2018/19. Changes during the build was never an issue and was very satisfied. Will get them back for additional work soon. Richie also sorted out my parents' car charger installation in very short notice.

Communication in the office is very bad. Constantly chasing for updates and did not show up on site when they were meant to. Honestly is was a painfull experience, would not recommend.

Overall I am very pleased with the way the solar buying and install process has gone. Our installation wasn’t typical and yet Richie, Dylan and their team set up everything the way we wanted. They listened what we would like to have and they designed the system exactly like we wanted. The installation went as explained. Place were left clean. All was done within 2 days (including canopy installation! ). The installers were very polite and professional, they answered every question we had. I recommend them to my friends. I am very happy we decided to choose North Cork Electrical
