When I leave a review on Trustpilot it's honest and true to the final word , after all it's a starting platform to ensuring you get the best available service, a service that has got your back all the the way from the first phone call to powering up , I'm one that's extremely skeptical hiring someone to do a job , and yes have got bitten once or twice , so in regards to my research prior to looking for the absolute best Solar energy provider and installation service I came here and read the reviews from previous clients, I won't lie I also did ring another company outside of JM Energy Savings , explaining what it is I wanted describing the house etc etc , and an email was sent later with a price for the job , even on the phone I did not feel comfortable talking to the sales person , take your money do the job and your on your own , I'm not saying every company is like this , so then after a little more research and videos watched by JM Energy and the added fact it's a family run business , I decided to give John a call , again explaining what it was I wanted and how many solar panels , straight away John said if it's 10 solar panels you want, then I'm not the man for the job ,it's not going to be of any benefit to you at all , he then gave me his honest opinion, but said he will get one of his team to call within a few days and work out a plan making sure what I will pay for will indeed pay for itself and bring down the high energy costs , which we all are fully aware is getting more and more expensive, the visit to my home was made ,turned out our house was east/west taking 8 panels front and back , advised to go for the battery and water Eddie , I now have a 7kw system , and my favourite part of all this is the app watching the energy coming in from the solar panels powering the house and also going to the battery, and nothing coming from the grid , I'm still learning here , but in all honesty the service from start to finish from my point of view is absolutely unbelievable, unbeatable and timed to perfection , when John rings you and say the materials needed for the job will be with you at for example 7am in the morning, you can be sure the delivery van will be there , same goes for the roofer , same goes for electrician and his team , all top class professionals and not to forget to add how neat and tidy they are ,which shows they care and from reading previous reviews treat every job taken on the same way, I'm not going to go on here ,I think I have said enough , so again from the first phone call to John to Rachel in the office and all the top class team on board and !! cost for the job well done and the after sales service honestly it's your one stop shop for a real investment to much cheaper energy even which I'm hoping will eventually result in no energy bill at all , I'm still learning about the system and learning every day , don't delay make that call now while the €2,100 grant is still active , THANK YOU to all at JM ENERGY SAVINGS, I will be back !
