I had a great experience with NRG they did the heat pump and the solar panels for me you ring them they come down give you a price do all paperwork and give you a date and complete the work and very tidy they are 😊

No recent experience but initial installation was quick and clean. Subsequent backup was prompt, friendly and effective. I am inputting a date just to submit reply.

Very helpful at all stages of the process, from the visit on site by expert to advice to installation. Supportive staff when dealing with administration. The installations of the solar panels was done quickly and efficiently, one issue was the technical brief on the system once installed was a bit hurried.

Excellent work would recommend this company. Would suggest a follow up call to go over control systems after 2 weeks to check that clients are operating the system properly.

I had researched 6 SolarPV installing companies before contracting NRG. I’ve now had 2 installations carried out by them. They are top class. From start to finish. From back-office, accounting, site inspection, scheduling, punctuality, cleanliness, efficiency. Then when the job were completed, a follow up call the very next day to double check I was satisfied. Immediately following which the invoice for the balance was issued, immediately following which I paid the remaining balance. ✅✅✅✅✅ Important to remember regarding NRG: 1. They do the SEAI grant application paperwork and online work. They receive the grant, charging the customer the balance remaining. Other companies charge the full retail amount of the installation, leaving the customer to retrieve the SEAI allowance themselves. 2. They give a loyalty discount for 2nd and subsequent properties. 3. They give a referral discount too if applicable. Ask them. 4. They only charge 10% deposit. One other company quoted 60% payment 4 weeks in advance of the installation with the remainder 40% to be paid before the installation day. Thats 100% in advance….!!! That is why I was happy to pay the balance of my owings to NRG immediately - the day after - the installation. I’d like to congratulate the NRG management for their set-up, and the various teams working together within NRG - office, admin, survey, installation. They deserve to be a successful business.

A good company doing things well but of note the guys who came to do the installation were excellent and respectful

A couple of teething problems early on sorted out with no fuss on my PV panel system. Very pleased with the service provided.

Very satisfied with the solar panels, installing the panels was very fast put up in a few of hours, and a bonus we get back some money for suppling power to the grid 👍

Very good advice. Very straightforward service and professional fitting team. And excellent after service when a couple of queries arose.

Just gave 4 stars, it works very well from April to end of September, have hot water & can cook etc. which is great & with great savings on electricity, but from beginning of October to end of March is what they don't tell you about, you've practically no daylight & definitely no sunshine to work panels, unless they are updated since we put them on the roof 5 or 6years ago, the company is very good to deal with, now it won't let me put a date of experience, panels installed in October 2018
