Exceptional service, we had great communication & ongoing updates from the team prior the to visit so we knew when to expect them , which allowed us to plan our day. We really appreciated the efficient service and the clear explanations on how to make better use of the app along with tips on how to get the best efficiency to charge our car. Overall a very good experience. Kevin was very helpful.

I had one very specific question for the sales team around the number of panels that could be installed. I was assured of a certain number. I asked a very explicit question as to whether this could be guaranteed and if a site survey was needed. I was assured I woukd get the number as per the sales team and there was no need for the full survey at that point. I signed the contract on that basis. When it came to it the site survey revealed that a reduced number of panels could be installed. Shortcuts in the sales process...and will say anything yo get you to sign.

NRG Panel did all the paperwork. We did not have to apply for the grant, as they did it. They were extremely efficient and answered all queries satisfactorily. Also, their price was the best value.

The process ran smoothly from start to finish. The roofers were done with the external work in 2 hours and whilst the electricians were there for the rest of the day, they managed to install the service with minimum impact on the interior of the house. All the guys involved were very pleasant and extremely professional.

Process was simple, installers were on time and very efficient and system is working perfectly since. My only complaint is while the system has a capacity of 7.74kWp Electric Ireland limits me to 5.53kWp. Anything you can do about that.Panels

Once again very professional and delivered exactly as expected on the date they had scheduled. Our 2nd house that we have used NRG for solar panels and have recommended to friends who have had similar positive experiences.

NRG has excellent customer service. They will help you to easily solve issues over the phone or if needed. Send an engineer. The installation team arrived promptly on the date arranged and despite the difficult terrain installed my ground mounted panel array efficiently and professionally . I am happy to recommend them.

I can't say that it was a good experience with nrg. They installed the panels and battery, that bit was fine, good quality products however they stained the first floor carpet even after plastic shoe covers were offered to them. When the install was completed the system wouldn't work and it was only producing 300w for a 6.4kw system on a sunny April day. The electrician from nrg was going to leave only for my persistence that this needs to be sorted before he leaves. I emailed nrg about my experience but didn't get any response or acknowledgement. Products are good but very poor customer service

Thank you all in NRG from sales to the install team and customer service team for their continuous communications through out the process. Very helpful in answering all questions to assist in making a decision to proceed. everything explained about benefits and siting of equipment. very efficient in keeping me informed at each stage of the project. Installation was carried out ahead of schedule and was completed very efficiently and professionally. minimum disruption on the the day, very tidy workers and only took 1 day.

NRG is a professional , quality provider of PV panels. Seamless systems in place with great people supporting you all the way.

we had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service is outstanding, and the heat pump was installed on the given dates no mess or trace left behind from NRG. They went above and beyond to help us understand the system and they have excellent aftersales service.

From the first meeting to the last everything went great. I have NRG solar for over 2 years now and have had no problems. I had a technical question and have to say the call I made to the support team had my question sorted in 2 minutes. Our overall experience with NRG was fabulous. The initial consultation was with Keith. He was knowledgeable, informative and customer focused. The site visit was an equally pleasant experience without any sales pressure. The visit from the engineer was also informative and pleasant. The installation team were courteous, efficient and very tidy. The work was carried out in 4 hours. We were consulted on all aspects of the installation. The Administration team were equally courteous, professional and efficient. They were helpful from the outset and they took care of all grant applications. We are delighted with our solar panels and also that our BER is now A1. We have no hesitation in recommending NRG Panel for any solar requirements.

Good assistance and courtesy from CS and Tech staff. Instalation was carried out efficiently and in a timely manner. While I had no difficulty getting the Myenergi App up and running ( key window for system performance ) more assistance here maybe needed. Overall good experience.

I got my panels four years ago. The survey of my roof was precise, reason position explained. The date was set and the crew on time, the job was completed shortly after lunch. Clean, no fuss, a pleasant group of workers. Clear instructions about set up, after sale service.
