NRG are top notch for installation,very reliable if you have a problem or question they get back to you ASAP. We have been customers since 2018, Icouldn't recommend them enough.Their staff are competent and knowledgeable about all thing Solar.

Expected to get 14 panels, but could only fit 13.Also, inverter was installed outside as I was informed not enough room in utility.

Great quality of the workmanship We got both Solar PV (6.5kWp) in combination with an Air-To-Water Heat Exchanger system installed by the NRG team. This was back in April 2021. Both systems are performing superbly since. So both the quality of the materials used and the workmanship have proven to be absolutely excellent.

All the people working on the installation of the panels were very pleasant, efficient, and tidy, and completed the work quickly and satisfactorily. The system was explained to me clearly when it was all done.

The end to end process and support was amazing. NRG take care of everything. Sales Team, Installers and Office staff were all great to deal with. The process is very efficient. The installers turned up on time and did a very tidy job. We only have our panels installed 3 weeks and we are already producing 35% of our electricity needs in Winter. The solar system and supporting app are working great. Highly recommend this company.

From initial contact everthing was flawless.Each appointment prior to installation was kept and on time any questions were answered and no sales pressure. The installation team were courteous,efficient,diligent and very tidy. From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with NRG everything was explained in the process and I would highly recommend NRG. I cannot comment on aftersales care as to date I have had no issues with the Installation

Good presentation of product information. Installation team came on time, very pleasant and helpful lads. Could have done with a user manual on completion - the only reason I can't give it a 5

There were a few unforeseen challenges discovered when the lads came to site to do an upgrade, despite this the lads worked with me to agree a way to get around the problem. The result a very happy customer and a job completed without a second visit. Great engineers and office staff to work with. Well done to you all.

Paddy was exceptionally engaging from the very beginning. He made the entire process feel personal, taking the time to understand my needs and answering all my questions thoroughly. His enthusiasm for the product was contagious, and it was clear that he was knowledgeable about the benefits and technical aspects of solar energy. Paddy's ability to communicate complex information in a way that was easy to understand really stood out. He ensured I was fully informed and confident in making the decision to go solar. Also, the installation process was smooth and the team well-coordinated.

Very pleased with all aspects from the consultation to the installation. The team were very polite, efficient & installed the system in one day. I installed the system in November so just starting to see the benefits creeping up each day as the daylight increases. Would recommend NRG to others.

We had a very pleasant experience dealing with NRG when installing a heat pump and upgrading our solar panels. The sales advisor provided us with ample information and answered all the questions. NRG did a full assessment and designed the system to our needs and specification. The installation teams were very professional and efficient. Everything was done on time with minimum disruption. We would highly recommend NRG to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional supplier of such systems.

I've held off on this review for some time (nearly 18 months) as I wanted to get a real feeling for NRG's after sales services and I am happy to report that After Sales is just a good as PreSales! This really is an exceptional company to deal with. PreSales provided us with all the information needed to fulfil our needs and offered relevant advice that had real impact on our decision making. The install team were neat and tidy and done within a few hours (10 panels, hybrid inverter and eddi) and After Sales have been quick to respond to and resolve any issues or queries I have had. The only item I wish I could go back and visit is the placement of the Eddi in our hallway - not the nicest looking piece of equipment I wish we could have placed somewhere else. I think slightly better customer consultation is needed here.

All the people involved were excellent, the sales person, the surveyor, the admin, and the installation team. The installation was very quick and there was very little disruption. They were all helpful and left the place clean. The customer experience could be improved if people involved were working more as a team, it seemed at times that one didn't know what had been discussed with others.

Did the work on planned day and time and according to what was agreed. It’s nearly 3 months things are working without any hiccups. No hesitation in recommending NRG.

I had a very positive experience in all dealings with NRG. From first contact to after sales service the company was professional in every way. Everything was explained patiently and the company was very efficient in all my dealings with it. They came to my house at the time they said and they left the house in a very tidy state. The system is working very well and the grant application was well handled and it came through very quickly. I contacted them for some after sales advice and they showed extreme patience towards me to ensure that I was happy with everything. The after sales "problem" was totally my fault but NRG still talked me through everything so clearly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for your needs.

They keep appointments on time, aren't pushy salespeople, listen to any concerns you may have, seem to want to give you the right product for your situation and their installation people are a pleasure to have in the house. The firm organised everything for me, including the BER survey and grant application. I certainly would recommend NRG to anyone thinking of having solar paneling installed.

Recently I had NRG Solar Panel install with battery system. I have to say from all companies I explored before I selected NRG they were the best placed in terms of knowledge, experience and made me confident in my selection. Additionally, the installation team were exceptional, friendly and professional. Thanks guys!

The chaps were so helpful and professional. They explained every stage of the installation. They were super tidy and left the place in perfect order. The ladies in the office are nothing but helpful. I can't recommend this company enough. Thanks NRG

I liked the people and the initial installation was very helpful. However a few minor issue one the battery was installed as monaghan so weather was wrong. Second I had a bit of hassle to understand how to charge the battery from the grid, and get the password as was another app. So a follow up tech walk through aboutv3 months after installation would have helped.
