Really good experience. NRG are very efficient and very responsive. I would highly recommend them. Very good after sales service in terms of questions also.

Knowledgeable, professional, quick and efficient. NRG are amazing Throughout the design and installation communication was impeccable. After the installation a small issue was discovered and the technician was very quick to call out and rectify the situation.

Problem with the hot water. Rarely seems to be hot even though both lights are on. Constantly having to reset the switch on the boiler. ***October 22nd: Have not received a phone call regarding this. *** ***October 23rd/24th spoke to Naomi and Kevin from NRG, both very helpful. Fingers crossed the problem has been resolved. Thank you!

The NRG team effectively installed solar panels on my house that was scheduled as a one-day job by appointment. It ended up as a 2 day job as the electrician had to come the following day to complete the job. The thermostat regulator was not properly set up and the hot water boiled, but NRG organised for a local electrician to come and successfully rectify the issue. I had to make calls to the office to complete the setup, and with communicated photos and guidance was able to do this. The system runs well in generating electricity and I am happy with the performance after the initial installation hiccups.

A smooth experience, very helpfully and tidy work.

NRG. Great quality workmanship and clean efficient install. Done in a day 7.6 Kwp in Panels and 10Kw battery. Great fun watching the generation going to the grid and still heating water everyday saving the oil. Highly recommended we have generated 5Mwh in 7 months even with the poor weather this year.

My customer experience from the initial consultation to the final installation was very positive. The installation was done in a day and the system was up and running. The installers removed all the system packaging and did an excellent job of installing the ground mount for the panels and the inverter and battery. Overall very happy with my experience.

NRG made everything easy, and dealt with the grant application on our behalf. They kept in contact during the survey and installation process, making sure we were kept informed along the way.

Turned up on time and were very efficient with the install.
