I had a very unprofessional and rude driver from Actavo parked outside my house on the grass verge directly infront of my entrance of my driveway. When i was trying to get out, i motioned him to move, which he completely disregarded. I had to get out my car to talk to him and he refused to acknowledge me and pretended not to see me. When I said you can't park there as there's a whole street empty where he could have parked correctly he rudely said he is in his van and has a right to park there. No respect or consideration for residents that he had obstructed my driveway. Unbelievable he was downright rude. He had an entitlement complex. I wish this company would deal with their downright rude drivers. I have his van reg number.
Actavo needs to take ownership over selling products to the public. My wallbox stopped working after six months actavo said I need to contact wallbox and for actavo to send out service it would be €250 euros. I obliged and got in contact with wallbox and were not able to resolve after scanning with app and videos through wattsapp. they put it back with installation company actavo who did send out service guy but couldn't fix it he came out with no parts and did tests. I have been in contact with actavo and I keep getting the same runaround answer that they are in contact with wallbox. I have numerous emails and phone calls to support everything I am saying. Why cannot actavo replace the wallbox and send back unit to wallbox. I did say that my contract is with actavo and not wallbox. It costs me more money to change car at public station than at home I'm sorry I dealth with them. The wallbox they installed you cannot just plug in and walk away you have to stand at wallbox in all weather and connect with Bluetooth and start charging. The amount of times they told me we will call me back and didn't is unbelievable. I would not recommend anyone to do business with actavo Iv no choice but seek the services of small claims court Date of experience: 30 May 2024 Pat
Shocking company don’t know how they are still allowed to operate . Back handers and treat all employees dreadful especially women. Management seem to think they are gods of some sort. Hopefully they are shut down soon for good.
Poor quality job at sky installation 19/8/23 Dublin 15. I suspect think that the engineers dont have any training in engineering. The attitude that they have is get the job done and move off. No concern about doing a good job. I've added a photo of the way the wall was repaired after a cable was put through it. The cover was orientated sideways. What kind of a fool would do this? He can't be a real engineer. I'm pretty sure that drilling the wall wasn't needed either, if they guy know what he was at. At one stage I was quizzing the "engineer" about it and he said "most guys would have left this job, it's too much, it's just that it's a Saturday that I'm happy to stay and do it". I'm just sorry that at that stage, I didn't tell him go away before he damaged my wall. I phoned and complained and then a botch job was done again to fix it. See the third photo.These guys really don't give a damn about the quality of their work. It's the standard that I'd expect if I got a teenager to do it. Ridiculous. Don't let these guys into your house.
They install on behalf of Siro. Horrible experience, even you can see sometimes the engineers have a good intention, but the outcomes are horrible. They never have the tools to do the job, the modem box is tilted, the dry wall patching was really rough, didn't clean up after, left marks on the wall and my coach.
A very unprofessional company. Shocking service. Staff are very bad and untrained. Dunno how to deal with customers. I was booked in by sky ireland for an engineer to connect my tv. Actavo were the company to do it. I was booked in between 12 & 5 today. I received a call at 4.45, 15 minutes befre my booking time ended to say engineer wont be out. And to book in for next week over 5 days later. No help from them at all. How anyone can hire this company is mental . Stay away from these.
My elderly parent have had no tv since last Wednesday. The engineer was to call out on Saturday at at cost of €15.00 extra. They waited all day and no show. No phone call, nothing. Only I have rung Sky to get in touch on my behalf they would still be no wiser. The best they can come up with is that someone will be in touch in 48 hours. No tv service for a week for people in their 80’s is a very long time. I am trying to ring Actavo today myself on their behalf at 12 noon and the office is closed and the mailbox is full. Useless service. Appalling treatment of elderly people whose only entertainment is their tv. Sky need to review their contract with this firm. Useless service.
Very un professional company with very poor quality groundsmen. No respect for private property. Have reported them to an garda for criminal damage to my property and trespassing. Dug up my drivway without notice and left it back in poor disrepair. Why are the NBI hiring these.
Rude and unprofessional engineers. Only half install and then say they don't have time to do the rest. Seem to go out of their way to do as much damage to the outside of a house as possible. Sky seriously risk their reputation by using these cowboys.
their technicians came to put WLAN to my house this FRIDAY morning. The guy did half job , couldn't finish it because his laptop is not working(unprepared). When leaving he said he would come back this afternoon to fully install the WLAN. He never did. Secondly, He charged his drill battery in my house(unprepared).
Virtually no communication between despatch office and engineers. No communication with customer re installation. Wasted an entire day waiting for somebody to call me . Systems not working, Covid - any old excuse ! Sky need to be much more diligent in who they choose to be agents - as a new customer this has been a dreadful experience 😡
Terrible company to deal with. Very unprofessional and their team members on the phone are about as useful as Eir customer support. Stay away, but if you are forced into a situation where you have to use these guys I would advise to take anything they say with a bucket of salt.
Unethical and unprofessional workers. Zero regard or respect for privacy or property. Very poor customer care which is rude and unhelpful. How this company is still running is beyond me and anyone who uses their services should terminate them
Installation on behalf of Sky, absolutely terrible, never showed up when they were due, customer service is absolutely apalling...made an official complaint which they hadnt even the decency to reply!
Actavo came in to my in-laws house and the installer was very rude he installed the router in the front of the house even though they had tv and phone on there package. He said not my problem you have to sort it out your self what a great company

Can the driver of Actavo van please stop parking their van illegally on the grass verge of Riversdale Park in Palmerstown. It is a blind spot and very dangerous, especially as there are a lot of children in the area. Reg 17 D 43633
Lovely customer care service from Richard Yore, he did a great job for me as I become a customer Sky,Richard organised the job very well and profesional!
They dig up peoples driveways without any notice. Way Leave Officer John Joe Daily doesnt do his job properly.
