I was getting a heating controls and hot water cylinder upgrade and I settled on Churchfield Home Services. I found their price competitive and the work was completed efficiently and to a good standard. The only negative would be that I found I had to chase up emails with phone calls during the initial quoting stage, but once I had agreed to the work everything ran smoothly.

Worst Plumbing Company Our shower pump (which is still under guarantee) stopped working. We called Churchfield Home Services Company who did all the work. They said that they will check and call us back.They never got back to us. When we called them again, they said that what causes the issue was not under guarantee. This was ridiculous as they did not come to ours to check what was wrong with the pump. We asked for a different plumber than the one who had done the work at the start because we weren't happy with him, or his workmanship. After 3 weeks ( we had to call them several times as they never got back to us by phone) they finally decided to send another plumber. He never showed. We contacted them again to arrange another time and worked from home in order to be there. He didn't show up again. When we rang them, they came up with excuses and we felt like we always had to defend ourselves. Really unprofessional. We had no choice but to call a different plumbing company to fix the pump. We are really disappointed and feel frustrated. Churchfield Home Services Company does not care about customer satisfaction. They do not follow the guarantee. They do a bad job, take your money and if anything goes wrong, it turns out, it's a battle just to get them to come to assess it. They have been completely unprofessional, defensive and unhelpful throughout. We are not unreasonable. We just wanted our shower fixed. They seem like good value at the start but you pay for it in the end!

Churchfields are very professional. They lay out what is involved in a very clear way from the beginning with no hidden extras. The work is high quality and the people are friendly to deal with. They installed our gas boiler and we returned to them for External Wall Insulation which was an excellent job

Churchfield were fantastic to deal with throughout the whole project. They always kept in touch. The house now looks amazing with external insulation and had a huge BER boost due to works. Would highly recommend.

Delighted with the external insulation job just completed on our house in Dublin. Cosmin’s team were efficient & attentive and the work was tidy with no fuss. Insulation work was completed within one week and we would definitely recommend Churchfield.

Churchfield offers a truly expert service and have the necessary trained and certified staff that several other competing businesses obviously lacked. They installed a new Gas Boiler, Solar Panel and three circuit central heating system for us, cleanly and efficiently installed, impressing ourselves, but more importantly impressing the SEAI Inspector too! We since had two minor glitches caused by supplier manufacturers rather than the Churchfield installation. These minor faults were immediately and courteously corrected by Churchfield at no additional cost, that process personally overseen to a successful conclusion by Caroline of Churchfield. Accordingly we can unequivocally recommend their highly professional service, especially as it was also highly competitively priced.

I would highly recommend Marius and his team from Churchfield, there attention to detail was superb. They worked to schedule and nothing was a problem and Marius was always at the end of the phone if there was anything that I needed to discuss..

I was more than happy with my experience with churchfield home services.. Prompt efficient service.. Marius the project manager kept me informed every step of the way.. No cleaning up after the work.. I would highly recommend this company

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Churchfield Home Services exernally wrapped my home. They had been recommended to me by a neighbour and I also viewed 4 other companies work and in my opinion Churchfield Home Services work was far superior. Their attention to care and detail were next to none and I highly recommend them.

We choose to get EWI and Attic Insulation from CHS based on a recommendation from a friend and having seen their work on the documentary Eco Eye. We were not disappointed, from the very first contact by the sales adviser, to completion of the project, CHS were excellent. Each CHS member we spoke to were highly professional, courteous, and very helpful at every stage of our project. CHS were also very helpful processing my SEAI Grant Application. Cosmin Luca was the CHS Project Manager for our project. Cosmin was excellent, he is highly Professional and always did the upmost to keep his Customer happy. He ensured that the project ran like clockwork and responded immediately to any of my queries that cropped up as the project progressed. He ensured the work was completed to the highest standards and that CHS delivered a high-quality product & service. All the CHS Crew that installed our Insulation were very courteous and professional, and installed the materials right first time to give an excellent finished product. We have noticed our house is warmer, draughts have been eliminated and ventilation has been improved. Aesthetically, the house also looks good. We have no hesitation in recommending CHS for Insulation Projects.

Churchfield performed exterior insulation wrapping of my house and did an amazing job. Everything was done to the highest professional standards and on schedule. Their customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Marius and his lads did an excellent job doing our external insulation wrapping and painting/decorating afterwards. Very professional, always on time, great quality control and responsive to any queries we had.

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Churchfield to externally insulate our end of terrace 1930's rental property. I received quotes from three companies (all listed on the SEAI website) prior to selection. Of the three I found Churchfield to be extremely professional with the most detailed quote. Every aspect is itemising giving you full transparency on the complete outlay from start to finish. From Sean who looked after the sales end, to Caroline who helped with admin and grant application and Tony and David who oversaw the project to completion, I received a level of customer service over and above my expectations. We thought having external insulation completed during Covid on a property with tenants whom we didn't want negatively impacted would be difficult to manage, however, this certainly was not the case. From a PM perspective there was clear communication from the outset, down to individual tradesmen calling me to ensure they were ok to proceed on certain days. It made the process slick and easy and our tenants had nothing but positive things to say about the entire process. The project ran over due to adverse weather conditions over Christmas, not to mention the impact of Covid related restrictions, and even this was dealt with with constant updates and true professionalism. I would advise anyone looking to have this type of insulation completed to go for it without hesitation, the property looks brand new with the beautiful rendering, the BER rating went up to a B3 and we have tenants who are extremely happy. The team at Churchfield made this experience hassle free and it was a pleasure to see the overall transformation. Following the upgrade recommendation of my home Churchfield was appointed to carry out the work. From the first contact I received from Churchfield I knew I was dealing with professionals. The morning Derek the project manager and his team arrived at my home I very quickly saw the skills and efficiency in their system of work. Over the coming days and weather permitting, these lads swept through the work like a finely tuned machine . The standard of work and quality finish is world class. If you have any questions or concerns Derek is available at all times and is a gentleman to deal with. If you find that there's any delay in the completion because of weather etc, be patient, it'll be worth the wait. Derek's job is not easy when trying to organize the different professionals who all have a particular skill, eg electrician, plumber, plasterer. When the job is complete you will not find a fingerprint or footprint either inside or outside your home afterwards, they treat your home like their own. Thanks again Derek and all the lads for the top class service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They installed (among other things) a new boiler 2 years ago. When my rads weren't working last Nov, I got a plumber out who was disgusted (his words) by how the system was installed. He said 'whoever did this should be shot'. Well, as Churchfield guarantee their work (at least that's what it says on a bit of paper) I got in touch. That was November. It is now well into January and.... I've been left waiting 3 times, (having taken time off work each time). They are uncommunicative and unreliable and the level of customer care is appalling. They have now fobbed me off altogether on another company without any notice, no one even bothered to let me know they had cancelled this appointment after I made it a month ago and again took time off. Avoid this company, go with someone who will look after their customers. My system is still leaking nearly 2 months later.

I was recommended Churchfield and now am the one recommend it!, apart from doing a great job of our insoulation, they were always very helpful in any doubts we had. Thank you Sean a, Caroline, Jonathan, Peter and the rest of the team for everything.

Can highly recommend Churchfield Home Services for supply & fit of new boiler. Excellent workmanship (Ian), and managed to install boiler very neatly in a difficult space, where other plumbers said it couldn't be done! Good experience from start to finish, they also looked after all SEAI grant documents which was helpful.

Getting the work done was a little stressful but David the project manager was great all the. Time the work was been done the men were first class they worked so hard and left my home spotless when finished I can't praise them enough thanks to church field myhome is very warm i like to thank all the team that worked on the project
