Churchfields carried out works in our home, including the installation of a boiler, a number of years ago. An issue with the boiler recently was resolved by Caroline who was very professional and helpful. Churchfields "after sales" service has been most impressive.

From the outset Churchfield's surveyors, in particular Ger Lawlor, offered first class advice on External Wall Insulation. The team assigned, led by Florian, were highly skilled, efficient, meticulous and tidy. The Project Manager Cosmin Luca was always available to answer queries promptly. We are very pleased with the EWI and assess that it has been executed to the highest standard. We highly recommend Churchfield Home Services.

We found this company exceptional from administration to completion of works. We highly recommend them and would use them in the future. All members of the team were very pleasant and clean workers. House was finished to a very high standard.

I had external and attic insulation carried out by Churchfield Home Service this year, 2021. They are a very professional company and carried out the work as planned. Their quotation was very descriptive and complete showing every detail. They handled the Government grant and BER. I found their workmanship and project management to be top class. Cosmin, who project managed the job, was excellent. He kept me informed at all stages, was very friendly and accessible for queries. Of course external work is weather dependent so not everything can be done as planned but Cosmin kept me informed at each stage and handled all the logistics very competently. I found the company's use of IT to track the project to be very advanced and each crew knew exactly what others had done and all materials were available in time. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for insulation work.

We got our 1963 house externally insulated by Churchfield in October 2020. They did an excellent job and I have recommended them to several neighbours who have stopped to admire the house. Not only does itlook much better than before, our house alsofeels cosier than it used to. Tony was our project manager and he was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive at all times. The team including Vasile who actually carried out the work were hard working, professional and polite. Prior to the work starting we dealt with Ger, who did a detailed survey and was happy to answer all our questions. Basically - a very thorough job, no problems at all!

I had wrap around insulation, attic insulation, central heating, and new windows installed. This company did an amazing job in my house. All the workers were very respectful of myself and my home. From the first day when Ger came to price the job to the date of the final payment Churchfield Home Services, as represented by their team with project manager, Derek Kennedy, were one of the most professional contractors I have ever had in my home. I would have no hesitation in giving a 5 * review to the company and all the staff who work for them. Every element of the process was professionally delivered, appointments were kept as scheduled - from the initial survey which was followed up by a comprehensive and fully transparent quote. I was not pressurised to accept the quote – it stood on its own merits and I was given time to compare it with other providers and not rushed for a decision and commitment. The detail of the quote specified all the costs associated with each phase of the project and the grants and credits available - so as a customer it was clear what was involved. Having shopped around I was satisfied that the quote was very competitive and demonstrated attention to detail which made me confident there would be professional work carried out in my home and that I would get what I paid for. Even better - when a couple of the elements were subsequently done by my own builder (skip hired) and electrician (vents and lights), the final price was correspondingly reduced before the final payment was requested. After the start date is confirmed a project manager was assigned – Derek Kennedy in my case. Communication was superb from Day 1 – delivery of materials, scaffolding delivered and erected and preparation of site were all done as scheduled. At that stage Derek was exceptionally patient and considerate when I was indecisive about the colours I had chosen and he went to the trouble of bringing samples again to allow me the opportunity to review in all lights. Given the durability of the finish it was really important that I as the customer would be happy with this so I am very grateful for his patience. The main team for installing the insulation (Alex and Sorin) arrived as scheduled and worked steadily each day they were here. Great care was taken to protect the ground and windows as the project progressed and as the family were all at home and coming and going with bikes they were very patient and careful re Covid. Site visits by Derek happened regularly to confirm the quality and standard of the work - all in all this was a very well managed project and I was confident about everything that was happening. Where I had questions they were addressed immediately and I appreciated having the opportunity to ask even basic questions and always was given an answer that satisfied me in relation to the quality of the work. It was very clear in relation to the jobs that the homeowner is responsible (in my case Virgin media wires and new gutters) and appropriate advice was given in plenty of time. The quality assurance aspect was particularly thorough. Staged payments were clearly outlined and there were no surprises (apart from the discount in the last payment!) When you take into account the work involved to insulate to such a high standard – reducing heat loss while ensuring adequate ventilation and the fact that the external surfaces are sprayed with an acrylic finish which lasts for years (as are all the window sills) what felt initially like an expensive investment after the grants and credits was exceptionally good value for money. As we are all working/studying from home it is great to be in a B3 rated home and we have really noticed the difference already. Having just received my first gas bill since completing the work I can confirm it is 30% less than this time last year – when I was at work all day! As I said at the start this was a 5 * experience and end result. Thanks to everyone especially Derek - no questions were unanswered at any stage of the process. Highly recommend this company.

Where do I start. From the first phone call with the office to completion of our External Insulation and Attic Insulation we knew we were dealing with the dream team. Derek our project manager kept us informed about every stage. Marcel was fantastic a complete perfectionist and left everything spotless. Cannot recommend Churchfield Insulation highly enough.

Churchfield HS insulated our home. External insulation cladding, Cavity Wall and Attic Insulation. The team is incredibly professional. The pre work service was excellent, emails detailing what was to be done and my role in doing it. The insulation materials and scaffolding arrived a few days before the work started. The insulation guys were fab. Kept interference to a minimum and protected patios and windows. Two weeks later the house completed.Toasty!!

Churchfield recently completed external insulation for us. Can’t praise them highly enough. They were really professional, punctual and really paid attention to detail in everything they did. Derek was on hand for every query, noting was ever an issue. Derek and the team couldn’t do enough and completed the job on time and as quoted, and left the place immaculate. We couldn’t be happier. As project management goes, I cannot speak highly enough of the level of professionalism and effective communication from our Project Manager Derek Kennedy and team, I'd mention them all but don't want to leave anyone out!
