Very easy to deal with and efficient

Wizer Energy installed a PV and battery system in my house. I was happy with the initial conversation and advice regarding the proposed size and type of system. The installation was neat and the crew cleaned up after the job was completed. Thoroughly professional.

Installation crew were first class, nice to deal with, efficient and cleaned up after the job was done. The lead electrician explained all the functions and helped with the setup of the monitoring apps.

BEWARE if you are planning to have an eddi fitted for a dual element emersion from Wizer, I Strongly ADVISE to have the connection to the emersion checked by a qualified electrician. the electrician from wizer appears to be incompetent and colour blind. he managed to bypass the emersion thermostat as to allow the water to be scalding hot, because the eddi doesn't know when to stop? When I called Wizer They said it was the thermostat that was faulty, So I had it changed , that made no difference. I had to get my Qualified electrician back, he checked the wiring he was shocked to see how it was done. (it's only 4 wires, how difficult can it be?) I called wizer and spoke to there electrician who very abusive, evasive and stroppy. saying it was my fault??? I emailed pictures of the wiring to Martin Desmond, He didn't want to send anyone out to me? and washed his hands of it, and stopped all communication. They are quick to take your money, but have no apparent after sales service!! I wouldn't recommend Wizer I'M not happy! PS My qualified electrician has now rewired the eddi to the emersion and is now working correctly.

Excellent company to deal with from initial consultation to installation and commissioning. Very professional with wide range of experienced trades people required focused and efficiently organised. We went for 16 panels and battery resulting with now being effectively off grid even allowing for charging elec car. Significantly reduced elec utility bills.

Wizer energy fitted our roof panels approx 1 month ago. It was a very professional installation from start to finish. From arranging a first visit to the completion of the installation was seamless and the electricians were excellent and very patient downloading the appropriate apps and explaining best way to use the system. We were in the market for some weeks shopping for the best quote, and after a couple of quotes, we settled for Wizer energy due to the wonderful reviews on various social media platforms and after receiving a very practical quote. Our experience from receiving the quote, to installation and commissioning was indeed worth every wonderful testimonies that we heard from the start. Lead time was amazingly quick, was scheduled for 6th November 2023 but we got it installed a week earlier. 12 panels installed on the roof within a day, was seem-less and straightforward, no hassles. The electrical engineer, very experienced in the way he installed the eddi, inverters and batteries and giving a detailed demo before leaving. Overall experience was fantastic. Excellent service from Wizer and a big recommendation to anyone looking for solar panels. They also assisted with the SEAI application process and provided all the necessary documentation promptly.

Wizer Energy were very helpful, efficient and did the install over 2 days. The solar panels were installed by the roofing team on the first day and all electrical work was completed on the second day by the electricians. Wizer Energy did all the documentation for the SEAI grant - all I had to do was provide my bank account details. The whole process was very straightforward and seamless. I am delighted with the solar panels and wish I had installed them sooner.
