So tonight we had a big problem with our fuse bord overheating and a bad smell of burning, 10.30pm never a good time for these things to happen, but I called Carraher Electrical, & Jamie called out within 20 min and was able to replace 2 parts of the fuse bord, that had melted under the heat, Jamie put everything back right, nice guy , and very plesent, I couldent recommend him enough, Peace of mind accounts for a lot, and the family can got to bed tonight, safe in the mind that their won't be an electricial fire, Thanks Jamie.

Brilliant service from Jamie and Ryan. Jamie also made sure that the old wiring in the place was made safe and did some extra work too. They turned up when they said they would and gave a quote upfront which didn’t change. I’d highly recommend. Thanks to Victoria too for great customer service.

I made contact with Carraher Electrical on behalf of my elderly mother, who had begun to experience internal electrical issues, due to a recently purchased wired video doorbell incorrectly installed by an S.T company. Victoria was a reassuring voice of calm as I explained the worrying night we had experienced. Victoria organised for Jamie and Ben to arrive quickly. Jamie and Ben were extremely professional, proficient, and polite as they quickly sourced the root of the problem. Both men took the time to explain each step of the repair process to us. Jamie and his team rewired our house for us. We are very happy with the work done in the house and everything was done as we requested. He was very easy to deal with and kept in regular contact with us. Also the house was left very tidy considering the job that was done.

Great work done by Jamie and Ryan today. They even went the extra mile and cleared out the room they were hired to work on as I was let down by someone else, and for no extra charge. We had been looking for an electrician for sometime as every electrician told us the job was bigger than it actually was, saying it would take 2-3 days and up to 3 electricians to complete and they'd no availability but the truth of the matter was no one wanted the job as it didn't actually pay out alot and infact it only took Jamie and Ryan 7 hours to complete and well within our budget. So if you're looking for an honest, very professional electrician that won't rip you off, these are your guy's.

Jamie introduced Ben and Ryan. They did a brilliant job of completing the list of jobs I needed done, which included a faulty shower switch. When it comes to electricals, peace of mind is really important. These guys were brilliant. Our home needed a full rewiring due to electrical fault, which was particularly complex as we refused to let them lift the downstairs floor which had recently been laid in solid oak. It was a big and difficult job. They worked hard to find a solution to keep the flooring fully intact. They did super work on getting the new wiring in with minimal disruption: a very neat and tidy job; our oak floor remains in pristine condition 😊. There were 4 men on the job for 3 weeks solid; all very courteous and professional, and we had full confidence and trust in them from the start. These guys really are super. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. Thanks very much Jamie, Sean, Ben & Ryan, and also Victoria who worked hard to keep me calm throughout the process 👍☺️

Carraghers are always professional and efficient. I needed a hob connected urgently and it was done in less that 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Five well deserved stars! Jamie and his team completed a full rewiring of our house, both inside and outside. The quality of the work is excellent and finished to a very high standard. They really went above and beyond in terms of making sure we were happy with the work and were also very careful to ensure all safety and regulation standards were being met. Jamie is very responsive and easy to communicate with and has a nice and friendly team working alongside him. All of this made it an easy and stress free experience to have this work done. Would highly recommend to anyone needing an electrician!

We used Carraher before but this was a much bigger job: 6 outdoor light fittings, 3 sockets, cabling and connection to fuse box. We got a prompt quote and after acceptance the work was scheduled. Jamie and his team arrived when they said they would and did a great job - fit and finish was of very high standard. All communication was very professional and rates very reasonable. We definitely would recommend them.
