Complete Lack of Professionalism and Customer Service I had a highly disappointing experience with Cara Energy. Initially, I was given a quote for a job after they assessed the work required. I was assured multiple times over several weeks that everything was fine and the job would proceed at the agreed price with the required documentation being made available shortly. However, when it came closer to the time scheduled for the work, Cara Energy failed to fulfill their promise. Instead of having the decency to call me back to discuss the situation, they refused to answer my calls. They only responded via text messages, stating that it wouldn’t be worth their time due to the administration work involved on their end providing risk assessments and insurance certificates etc. This response was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable. They claimed it didn’t make financial sense for them to honor the original quote, despite having ample time to communicate any issues prior. At no point did they provide any solution or alternative pricing to try and get the job done. This behavior shows a complete failure of customer service and a lack of respect for their customers. It’s clear they are more concerned with their own financial interests than delivering on their commitments. I would avoid Cara Energy due to their lack of professionalism and failure to honor their agreements. Instead I would look for a more reliable and customer-oriented company.

I contacted Stephen in Eco volt about solar panels and he recommended Cara Energy. We had two other companies come out to the house to quote but Cara Energy was by far the best. Not only on the price point but also the information given on the day which made the choice an easy one. The workers on the day were great and went about their business in a very professional manner. To sum up the team at Cara Energy made the whole experience very quick and easy and we are delighted with the panels. Looking forward to a record Irish summer now 🙏🙏☀

Cara Energy were a great company to deal with, from the start. They installed 10 Jinko panels and a hybrid inverter at my house. They arrived at 08:00 and left at 16:00 with everything up and running. A nice bunch of guys who left the place immaculate. I would highly recommend Cara for Solar install.

I had electric radiators installed in a Dublin flat. CARA were very easy to deal with, all queries were answered quickly , I was given plenty of information about the rads and the fitting itself was efficient ,quick and clean. I'd happily recommend Cara to others.

I came across Cara Energy from an Instagram advert so the first thing I did was look at their reviews on solar panel installations. I was impressed so I asked for a home visit and quote. Everything they did impressed me from then on. Carl the sales contact was so helpful, the electricians and installers arrived early, were very tidy and friendly and answered my many technical questions. I highly recommend Cara Energy for solar panel installations.

Cara Energy came to install a ceramic EcoVolt radiator in our office last week. We previously had a number of these installed by the supplier who no longer deal with customers directly so Cara Energy were recommended. They did a great job, installed the radiator within an hour and took the old one away. I can highly recommend upgrading radiators to these new EcoVolt ceramic units if you have older electric radiators. The heat, size and thermostatic, timed controls effectively make them free after a single winter period due to the cost saving on your electricity bill - You'll be far warmer this winter as well.

Cara Energy installed my Solar Panels a few weeks ago and installation process went very smoothly, the guys were super, really friendly and efficient and left my house just as they found it. Also did the minimum amount of disruption to route the cables to my fuse board from attic and very impressed with the overall job. Delighted to have the system up and running and I take a lot of delight when I go to the App to see what the system is doing in terms of generating power compared to what I am using and looking forward to seeing the difference in my next electricity bill and what the reduction will be. Had the Solar Panels fitted 2 weeks ago, the guys were great, cleaned up after themselves, also the office staff were so helpful, helped me with applying for the grant. I had no issues , everything went smoothly . would highly recommend Cara Energy.

I had my 10 Jinco 430 w panels, plus Solis 5kw inverter, and 5 Tigo optimisers installed on 5th July by Cara Energy. It was really a first class job. Stephen answered all my questions before I placed my order. The 2 installers worked diligently, and answered any questions that I had . The system took about 7 hours to install and was producing power immediately . It produced over 100 Kw in the first week, and 25 Kw on the best day They were very neat and tidy , and cleaned up fully when finished. Cara are competitively priced and have a long track record, being a company set up especially by their parent company ' Ecovolt ' to handle and concentrate on the rapidly expanding PV installation business. Ecovolt previously did the PV installation . My research shows that Ecovolt are the only shareholder in Cara Energy. Stephen phoned me the next day to check that I was happy with everything. I would definitely fully recommend Cara for a PV installation.

Had out install done by the Cara team last week and very happy with all. Great experiance from buying to install, gppd communication and always on hand with any questions. Highly recommended.

Had an EV charger installed. The team was very efficient and great to deal with.
