I cannot praise this company enough. I got my panels installed two weeks ago. I did plenty research about getting solar panels, and had numerous companies come out and give me quotes. It was obvious though that the majority were just chasing a sale, to the point of hounding me with follow up calls. This company is different. Nicole in the office had a much better approach. She listened to the ask, supplied all the information, but never chased the sale. In fact, I was the one with follow up calls, as different questions would come into my head, and Nicole always had the information to hand and offered a very honest opinion throughout. Pricewise, there is very little difference between all the companies, although SPV did come in cheaper than most,but my decision was made through the conversations I had with SPV Energy's team. Moving on to the site survey, Ray was brilliant. He gave clear and honest information and highlighted where there may be issues. I had recently got my attic converted but the builder never ran a cable from the fuse board to the attic eaves on the opposite side of the house for the inverter. Ray advised that we may have to have a cable tacked all along the apex and down the side of my house. He wasn't sugarcoating it, he was just honest. He also advised me regarding the inverter, to maybe upgrade to a hybrid model so as to future proof if I ever decide to get a battery. I'm delighted to have listened to him, as I am already planning to do so. On the day of installation, the team were aware of the possibility of the unsightly cables being ran along the side of the house. However, they managed to fish the cable under the floor in the attic from one side to the other, and so they were able to do such a tidy job with the wiring, I was delighted. They were here bang on time, worked well together as a team, and were very clear in the walk through and explanation of how the system works, setting me up with apps, etc. And when they left, you would never have known they were here, they even hoovered up after themselves! That evening, I then got a follow up call from Ray just to make sure everything was ok. I'd highly recommend SPV Energy. As I said, you won't find much variance in cost between all the companies, but it's the personal approach that makes these stand out.

Our experience with SPV Energy was a very positive one. One of the team came to our home & following a consultation all of our queries were answered to our satisfaction. The installation was straightforward & there was no inconvenience for us.

Super company to deal with. Got some quotes from other installers before contacting SPV. Gary gave honest advice on the best system for our house with no hard sell b/s. On top of that, they were significantly cheaper than the other quotes. Looks like our payback time will be less than 5 years which is excellent. Installation started on time @ 8AM and the system was up and generating power by 11:30. Really nice, friendly team as well and cleaned everything up when they were finished. Helped with grant application also. System has been running for nearly 2 months now and very happy with it. Couldn't recommended SPV highly enough

arrived on time,completed the installation efficiently and on time,left the areas where they were working spotless and there staff were very courteous.you cannot ask for much more than that.

I would recommend SPV Energy 100%, from the first point of contact to the completion of the job, including the processing of the SEAI grant.

Very efficent and easy to communicate with. All queries were promptly responded to. On the installation date the crew arrived and were very professional and courteous. We couldn't ask for more. Very happy with the installation.

Had my panels fitted beginning of March ahead of schedule. From start to finish can't recommend this company enough made everything so easy from the grant application right to the set up of the app. All work was carried out on the one day very efficiently. Hope to install more in the future. Also the best price around.

SPV installed our solar panels in mid March. The whole process was seamless, professional and efficient from start to finish and my seai grant has been credited to my account today.They were a pleasure to deal with and their pricing most competitive. A subsequent query was dealt with promptly and I have recommended this company to my friends who are interested in an installation.

The installation was quick and professional - the guys are very tidy workers. They set up the system and explained everything to us, and it is performing really well.

Highly recommend SPV Energy. The first company or trade I’ve dealt with in a very long time that agreed a date/time to visit and install well in advance and stuck to it. Arrive within the minute and offer a very fast service to an incredibly high standard. Great bunch of lads, very tidy and organised work. Wiring and standard is excellent. They came recommended by so many people who said all of the above and we’ve since recommended them to many others. If you’re looking for a Solar PV company look no further. Pricing very quick, no hidden charges. Very impressed with their service and system.

Great experience overall- we are very happy with the quality of the equipment installed, the professionalism of the install and the value. The grant process was very straightforward. The only criticism I would give is that we had to push for as many panels as possible and for a higher spec inverter than was offered initially.

Just had a 4.6KW system installed. Highly advise anyone getting solar PV installed to Contact SPV Energy. I contacted numerous Solar PV companies and this company were second to none. Pricing, No Marketing spoof or made up discounts, Answered all calls and queries. Very Pleasant staff both in office and onsite. Arrived on Date Specified and Job done by early afternoon. I would highly recommend SPV Energy. Gary answered all questions which I had prior to installation of the 4.35kwh system. The team arrived when they said they would. After starting at 08:00 they had the job done by early afternoon. They took the time to explain everything to me and also called out afterwards to make some adjustments based on my usage patterns. They left the place very clean and went out of their way to ensure no visible wiring anywhere. They also managed the grant side of it also.

The team were courteous, efficient and had the system up and running in a few hours. The systen was neatly installed, and everything was seamless including the grant application. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Quotation I received was more professionally laid out than others. Good communications at all times. Only negative was the head installer advised me to not get s smart meter as my old meter would wind back when power going back to grid. Incorrect. Dial stays motionless which means it's going back to grid free instead of getting a rebate. Missed my smart meter installation which meant I lost out on reducing my bills for 4 months until smart meter installation was back in my area
