Service was very friendly and prompt. The crew completed the job very swiftly and cleared up neatly. The system has worked reasonably well despite the mostly poor weather since installation. We are disappointed that the finished appearance on our roof is rather untidy and has the ends of the fixing frames showing.

Install was seemless, Got wired internet rather than wifi to avoid headace if changing internet providers. Break down of quote was one line, i'd have liked more detail. Invoicing needs improving.

Very efficient and straightforward from the start. Lara dealt with any questions and provided indepth quotes and explanations...installed in one day by an efficient team who left no mess and explained everything. Delighted with our solar panels. Installation day is full on - lots of people on roof, in attic, in hot press, at fuseboard, but all very competent and friendly, All done in a day and haven't looked back. Throughout Paulo and Solar Smart were very responsive and answered all questions and addressed concerns. Highly recommend.

From start to finish we could not fault the company. Georgina who was our agent for the company was very professional and kept us informed, the crew that fitted the panels on the roof were extremely tidy and the two lads that done the electrics were brilliant in explaining how it worked and setting up the phone and laptop for checking usage. SolarSmart walked us through our installation from start to pass the finish. They did exactly what they said they would on the date they said they would. No inconvenient to us in install they talked to us about the grant and ensuring it was all covered and informed us at each stage ( which seemed like no time the grant arrived in our bank account). Steve was so helpful even rang weeks later to ask was everything okay and could we see and understand the app ( which is a bit addictive on sunny days 😂). We would and have recommended SolarSmart to anyone interested in Solarisation

An absolutley superb company to deal with everything went to the plan I was given in advance by Georgina the company representitive her attention to detail was impressive to say the least. The fitting team were absolute gents to deal with and explained everything in fine detail and kept making sure I understood the whole process .I can not speak highly enough of this company .You will not go wrong with.this team .

3.6KWp with 10kWp battery East/West System - 1 day, 4 guys plus 1.5 hours electrical test on the 2nd day - efficient, non-intrusive, extremely polite, extremely clean - all waste taken off site, house vacccumed - up and running.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, friendly customer service, they went above and beyond to ansewer all queries and concerns in timely manner.

They opted to visit the site because the quality of the satellite photo was so poor. No other company did. Thus meant that the quotation was accurate and we could proceed with confidence. As we were unsure about putting panels on the front of the house (south facing), they offered us a financial analysis of a few options. We opted for the front of the house as the analysis was so clear. Every commitment was delivered, on time. Richard was very responsive to all our queries throughout the process.

I found that my dealings with Solarsmart were always clear, concise and helpful. They dealt with my grant aid expertly and efficiently. They installed their system exactly as they said they would and were clean and efficient in doing so. I found their agent to be a gentleman and always true to his word.

From the day I first met georgina I felt I could trust her and the company. No hard sell just honest assessment and advice. Any issues I had relating to my WiFi were sorted out promptly and efficiently and while I know I will have more issues going forward with changing wifi companies I know this will be no problem or issues with solarsmart.

Excellent from the get go. As novices with Solar we had plenty of questions. Richard was so lovely to deal with and very patiently answered all our questions to make an informed decision. The crew looking after the installation were so professional, polite and hardworking, leaving no trace even after the wet and rainy day on which the installation took place. A date was set and that was it. They arrived early that morning to get started. The administration so far has also been seemless from the grant applications to NC6 to the Ber Assessment all handled by Solarsmart. We are so looking forward to reduced electricity bills and our renewables journey. Well done SolarSmart and we fully recommend you!

The interaction from start to finish was the differentiator between SolarSmart and the other companies I looked at for my System. Lara was so very attentive, knowledgeable and patient, offering so much advice, and comparing various options that I was considering. Lara was always available to discuss my queries, and escalated any of the more technical questions that I had. The Team that completed the install were timely, polite, worked great as a team - the roofers did their bit, the electricians split their tasks up - so that all their tasks rolled up together in full completion, as planned at the end of the working day. They cleaned up after themselves, and you wouldn't have known they'd been in completing an install! Would highly recommend - without doubt, the best I dealt with.

I contacted a number of companies about installing solar panels but SolarSmart were the ones that answered my queries most efficiently and gave excellent advice. They disagreed with my initial thoughts on how many and exactly where on the roof the panels should be. This was because they provided me with the sun alignment data for my roof and they were totally correct. The installation went seamlessly and the result in terms of electricity cost savings is great.

It's now 1 year I have my system installed by SolarSmart Energy and I have to say I am very satisfied with the result. I wanted to wait before writing my review because you want to have a bit of room to check how things go and thoroughly think through your review. Morgan came to my house to discuss options and immediately she showed what drives her company: a commitment to customer satisfaction. We discussed options and she was willing to listen to all my requests. The day of the installation unfortunately we discovered the planned system could not be installed due to a miscalculation of the roof space, but immediately SolarSmart remediated with a different proposal which was not too far off from the original, even taking ownership of the small mishap and offering to make amend for it. The installation was clean although we had some small misunderstanding (I am a very picky customer :) ). Morgan and her team fixed everything and left me with a reasonably clean installation and a fully working system which has given me plenty of satisfaction. After some months I noticed a small leak in the roof. Again SolarSmart sent someone that in no time fixed the issue. Really a reliable company! I am not giving 5 stars just because of some hiccups in the installation, but nothing that Morgan and her team neglected or not came to fix. Of course one would like a perfect installation, but bumps on the road can happen even to the best, and what you do not want these days is a company that disappears and walk away the moment they grab your money. That's why I am convinced in saying that SolarSmart is a trustworthy energy partner not just a solar installer. Definitely recommended! I will liaise with them again in the future for any upgrade of my system.
