We connected with Roy from RJC Renewables through a friend, and he scheduled an appointment to assess our roof and its condition. After his inspection, he provided us with a detailed quote within a week. Roy was patient and thorough in answering all our questions, ensuring we fully understood the process, given our lack of expertise in this area. Once we accepted the quote, an installation date was promptly scheduled, and the work began within two weeks. We had 17 panels installed, along with a battery and a car charger. The entire installation was completed in three days. Roy managed everything from start to finish, including all necessary applications, licenses, and certificates, so we didn’t have to worry about any paperwork. After the installation, our yard was left spotless, with no debris or mess. We wholeheartedly recommend Roy and his company. He is reliable, punctual, and diligent, and both he and his team are incredibly friendly and courteous. This is exactly the kind of service every customer hopes for.

Outstanding, I can't recommend Roy and his team highly enough. I'd already asked a few companies for quotes when a friend recommended RJC. From the start Roy impressed me with his depth of knowledge and experience, I was particularly impressed with the no-pressure-to-sign-up discussion on options, allowing me the luxury of deciding what worked best for me, rather than being told what I needed as was the case with other companies. Roy and his team were outstanding. From the first time we met he has explained to us patiently everything and simply. He designed our panels with thought on how we wanted to use them, something that no one else did with us. His team were professional clean and quick and were a joy to have around. We recently had the pleasure of working with RJC Renewables for the installation of solar panels on our roof and we couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. Very happy with the system that Roy installed in our house. Roy came out to our house when we were looking for a quote and done a full survey and discussed the system with us and answered all our questions. Installation was very efficient with no impact to us while we were in the house. Any queries we had post installation were answered very quickly and Roy is always available if any issues arise. When we were looking into solar energy I had researched a few companies but when a good frind recomended RJC Renewables we contacted Roy. Roy explaned everything and answered our many many questions, we found him patient and very professional. The cost and time frame was explained thouroughly so we decided that RJC Solar system would really work for us. Paul the electrician was amazing arriving on the day and time specified and his work was impecable, he even cleaned up after the work was done. We had a problem with our battery which we hadn't noticed as the app wasnt working for a week or 2 but Roy was on it and the first time we knew there was a problem was when he phoned to let us know that Paul would be here in a day or 2 to replace the battery! If we could give 100 stars for customer service and post sales support we would. We have had a couple of electricity blackouts, as we're very rural and each time Roy has sent voice messagies explaining and reasuring us that the system is fine. I would highly recommend RJC Renewables not only for the cost but for peace of mind so if anything were to go wrong the team are on the ball straight away. I run The Hogsprickle Wildife Rescue and the saving we are making is also supporting our work Oh I should also mention there is no heavy selling and no 'decide today for the discount' Roy let us take as much time as we needed to make our descision

We’d been interested in looking at solar for a while & kept putting it off until a friend of ours got it done and highly recommended RJC renewables. We got in touch and an appointment was made promptly from Roy the Owner who was so informative on every aspect as we are complete novices. He was efficient from start to finish & no pressure at all & designed a system around what we needed. So we took the decision to go ahead. We opted for a 16 panel system front & back as we are south west facing to get the full benefits of the system. A few weeks later the crew arrived and I can’t say enough good things about them. I personally didn’t want exposed indoor wiring and they managed to make that happen. They were constantly working and left the house spotless. We’re still learning about the system but love that there is constant hot water & using our appliances knowing that we’re using the solar energy & not having to pay absorbent rates from energy providers. We got Roy back after a while to install some batteries which wasn’t in our budget at the time and really looked after us in price, installation done really quick, Paul did a super job. Superb job done by Roy & his crew with very efficient back up from Christine in the office. We are very happy with the installation and all of the advice given about grant applications for our business. He amde sense of the SEAI application for us and was very transparent about costs. Highly recommended.

I contacted a few companies for advise on panels on a commercial building. Roy in my opinion was the best and most transparent. Fantastic job from start to finish. Would soundly recommend Roy, Christine and all at RJC Renewables for this type of project. They have a complete grasp of not only the technicalities, which are many and complicated, but also the very detailed paperwork that must be compiled and submitted to SEAI for the various grants. They are also readily available and helpful for any follow up questions and maintenance.

I contacted several companies about solar installation who all stated they could not fit them on our roof after looking at Google satellite images. Roy was the only installer who came personally to survey and design a system suited to our home. He has an array of knowledge and answered every question we had and more. I found Roy to be honest and didn’t try to sell us a system that we didn’t need which is a rarity in such industries. I couldn’t recommend him and his team enough for all your solar needs.

Thanks to all the team at RJC Renewables. We got the commercial business for the Log Cabins installed and the domestic house, we don't know ourselves with the reduction in the bills. We are seriously considering selling new log cabins with the PV panels as part of the package. Éire Log Cabins

I got many Solar companies coming to give me quotes, but Roy came and designed a tailored system to make my house be super efficient on electricity. Whilst other companies promised to install 6-8 panels, Roy installed 17 panels and maximised my roof to give me the best return possible. Roy does not sell you what you don't need, like other companies that were trying to sell me huge batteries and heater panels that I never asked. Roy instead gave me a rationale for what he was designing, giving me the assurance of what I need. Long story short, from April to September I am almost self sufficient on electricity and during winter months, I still have 20% of my electricity supplied from the Solar Panels. I am well pleased with the system that Roy designed for me and I can't recommend him enough! In fact the only thing that makes me regret is that I should have met Roy previously to get my system installed ages ago!

Roy designed the PV system for my house in 2021. Absolutely brilliant! He made sure I was to get the most yield possible. Roy explains everything clearly so that even a lay person like me understands. The nice thing is, he never tries to sell you something that would actually be unsuitable for you. I can only say, Roy is top notch, he will answer every single question you have, and he will design a system for you that absolutely maximises the yield.
