Unscrupulous company. Dire quality, falsified certificates. Huge reputation for ripping off everyone they deal with. If they were the only building company in the world I'd rather be homeless!

Poor management, No payments on time, No safety on sites, You're just a number, Since Ben Firth, Alex Denghel and Sorin Prisacaru left Recruitment has no idea what they doing. Been a site manager for them for about 3 years and left after the old recruitment team left because nobody could take care of our requests properly from the recruitment team. Avoid this company at all cost

Very unprofessional people. Kind of cowboys. Doesn't follow rules and regulations just pretends to be followed. No one cares in the work environment about health and safety regulations. Even managers are forced to do work for which you are not trained. Really poor.

Associated with Caledonian Moduler which went into liquidation after making Hagrove school amongst over buildings structurally unsound. They have now changed the companies name in order to make sure they don’t get taken to court.

Not a nice place to work. There are cameras in the workshop and you are watched all the time by the manager. Really suffocating and stressful.

Very unprofessional company , I did work at Brent Cross for 13 days , got paid only for 8 , not even at time .. I have been chasing my money for 5 weeks and in the end they send me 20 hours out of 50 , don’t not work with them guys . Don’t not work with them

The most horrible experience I ever had in my first day of work, I was called after a interview to Silvertown branch in South East London as Hgv driver which I had last week. I got there at the agreed time but,surprise ,was not manager in there ,he show-up after 15 min.No problem. we live in London ,things happen. The big shock to follow.Without any greeting or introduction a so called security Alan told me off in a very unprofessional manner(shouting) that I parked my personal car in the wrong place, I want to mention that at the main entrance is no clear sign to indicate where parking is allowed in the site,and I was asked if I will happy to come to my house to f__k my wife as is the same thing!!!! I want to mention that he said that with other staff members around .My main problem is that a so called manager Dave which I supposed to meet arrived in the mean time but he totally ignored me and he had no reaction what so ever. I was in shock .My first reaction was to punch him,but quickly calm down and left the site immediately. I worked for this company around 10 years ago ,but I didn't think that went down the hill so badly . Unfortunately I didn't took on board the bad feedback which I was given by my different mates who worked here recently and I tried my luck who mention that the level of bulling is very high ,and any suggestion to the managers are not allowed as you will loose your job. Maybe someone from top management should look more often at the site managers and conduct more reviews as obviously some of them are not suitable for the job,and also the get feedback from employees in order to identify the issues . Unfortunately for you guys you lost a reliable experienced driver who will never come back or recommend the company as a work place . With respect Calin Zimbran

a very bad company, which is about organization I worked in several sites at different companies, but the worse organization and people like coming from the jungle I have not seen. I'm not talking about the kitchens and the toilet are horrible you have the impression that you are in a camp of deportees.

Avoid Avoid Avoid we agree in 180 shift becouse of the covid19 are some reduction but when i get the payment was cutting my wages with other 27 pounds dally so nearly 150 pounds per week... So if you have any problems don't expect someone to answer your call or messages.. Avoid avoid avoid

Phoned to complain about the poor driving of one of their tipper trucks put the phone down on me ,quality customer service !

Didn’t pay me correct amount, terrible management section I tried to communicate the problem but their managers are extremely difficult to speak to.

Working in Moda development in Hove, Brighton outside working hours(20:00 on 30/06/22). No considerate to neighbours!
