The service level from Prosolar far exceeded any expectation I had. Genuinely can't speak highly enough of them. Their price was substantially cheaper that every other quote I received and their service was excellent.

Prosolar did a great job installing solar panels on our home. From the start, their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. They explained all the options and helped me pick the best system for my house, which I really appreciated. The installation crew was professional and efficient, keeping everything tidy. They walked me through how to use the system and helped with the SEAI grant paperwork. Their follow-up support has been top-notch, checking in several times to ensure everything was working as expected and to answer any questions. So far, the panels are working perfectly. I highly recommend Prosolar for their excellent service and quality work.

We are delighted with our solar system, the Prosolar team are efficient and reliable. From our first meeting with Tadhg everything ran like clockwork, Susan and Paige in the office were excellent to deal with. Thanks to the engineer, the boys who fitted the panels and the electrician Anthony and his apprentice who were all so professional and did an outstanding job, I am now looking forward to my next electricity bill! Extremely happy with our experience with Prosolar. From first contact to their sales rep calling to our home and advising us what was required in very simple language. Paige in the office was very nice, very helpful and efficient, with instant replies to emails. The installation went very smoothly and efficiently. The two lads that installed the panels were very friendly and wow did they sweat on the roof that day!! The electrician was also excellent and even updated the app to my phone for me and explaned the Eddie to me also. The price was also very competitive. Prosolar handled and submitted our paperwork in a timely manner to SEAI. I would highly recommend Prosolar to anyone.

I'm really pleased with Prosolar's service, all the ways through from presenting 3d models to final completion that delivers on yields that were forecast. My roof has an unconventional design and Prosolar adapted and worked closely with me to overcome the technical issues. They delivered on their promises. Thanks

I asked a few solar companies for quotes. Prosolar were the fastest to reply with an interactive video explaining what output I could achieve considering my location. I wanted to place my panels on an outside shed which was wired into my house, another local solar company in west Kerry they said it wasn’t possible. Prosolar were positive about it from day one, that meant I could fit 17 panels instead of less on my house roof due to dormers. A very positive experience!!

Initial survey and quote was very helpful in educating us on the savings and correct use of PV. Design pack laid out location of all components and financial returns. All communications with the office were clear and very prompt. Assisted all the way through from application to install and commission. The install team were excellent and we hardly noticed they were there. Work was very tidy. After a few weeks running we can clearly see how the system is working.

From 1st contact on, each person we dealt with was friendly, at no time did we feel pressured into making a decision. Once we agreed to go ahead with Prosolar and had paid our deposit the level of comms did not fall off. The design engineer, the roofers, electricians were all friendly, professional people and were as in obtrusive as possible.

Prosolar is the most efficient company I ever came across. Within minutes you get a reply to your emails and questions. Within two hours after asking for help for uploading the paperwork for the grant it was done by Susan or Paige themselves. The process itself from our first enquiry to installing the pv system was smooth, easy to understand and fast. It only took 4 weeks from our first enquiry to the installation of the system. The whole crowd including Susan and Paige in the office are extremely friendly, professional, patient and helpful. We enjoyed dealing with them. We will highly recommend Prosolar.

I found Prosolar to be a very efficient and professional company . The sales team were patient and explained everything to me in a clear and honest manner and outlined my requirements and potential for generating electricity . The installers arrived when they said they would and my panels were installed in a day . They also showed flexibility in adjusting the location of the inverter and re-routing the cable. Throughout the process the office staff were always on call and willing to answer any query I had or to help me applying for my SEAI grant .I would compliment both on their patience and professionalism. Overall I found it to be a positive experience and I look forward to reducing my energy costs.

Last Summer I decided to explore the idea of getting solar panels. I knew very little about the process but felt I should do something. Prosolar were amazing. From my initial query to aftersales help they guided me along every step of the way. I felt I was in safe hands. Susan was always patient and understanding. The lads who installed the system were respectful, neat, tidy and good humoured. John came to the rescue when a problem occured. It is very reassuring to know Prosolar really do offer a complete service to their customers.

I'm very happy with ProSolar! From the first contact with Kieran all went very smoothly and fast. At every stage of the process Paige and Susan were there to help. They made it very easy to apply for the SEAI PV grant and organised the on site work very efficiently. The teams working on the roof and inside my house were all very professional and respectful. They communicated very well and explained the system clearly, which was good as I'm not technical at all :) Now that the PV system is working I can already see the benefits. Even on cloudy and rainy days the solar panels are producing power!

Prosolar were extremely efficient from the first phone call to the final installation. The Engineers, Electricians and support staff were ALL very professional and courteous, and they got the job done on time; nothing was too much trouble, and Susan was at the end of the phone / online for all my queries, and yes, I had many, especially when it came to the application for the grant from SEAI. I would definitely highly recommend them. Many thanks for making it so easy for me!

This is one of the nicest businesses I have dealt with in a long time. Communication was excellent, al the people who came were pleasant and easy to deal with, the work carried out was done on time and with a minimum of disruption, and everything was carefully cleaned up after them. All the paperwork was efficient and must have been correct in every detail as the grant for the works was paid in what seems to be record time. Very highly recommended!

I got in touch with several companies who install solar panels. Pro-Solar were the first to follow up with me and offered a competitive price. My dealings with this company have been overwhelmingly positive, from Susan who looked after us throughout the process to the team who did the installation. There has been excellent after sales care too. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them - seems to be a great business and a fantastic team.

ProSolar were excellent from start to finish - both in terms of the solar panel installation as well as navigating the complicated SEAI grant application process - I couldn't recommend them highly enough Dermot - Kerry
