Exceptional Service

Another very happy customer of BlueSolar. From the initial detailed proposal from Giorgi, the site visit from Mark and the very fast and efficient admin work from Trish, everything went very smoothly. The system was installed on Thursday and by the following Wednesday the BER was done and all the required paperwork was uploaded to SEAI and ESB Networks! As others have noted, the install team (roofers and electricians) were a pleasure to deal with. They took time to talk to us to make sure we were happy with everything they were doing. The workmanship was excellent - very neat and tidy and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience with Blue Solar from start to finish. Giorgi was very thorough in designing a system that suited our needs while Mark was equally professional in conducting site visit and addressing any questions raised. Installation was carried out very efficiently with no mess or disruption. Really impressed with the whole process and would recommend Blue Solar to anyone.

Blue Solar is genuinely a 5 star choice for solar panels. I enquired online and was contacted very shortly afterwards. A proposed layout of the panels followed. Mark then called for an in-house consultation to assess the roof area and to explain the system, how it works and discuss the benefits (or not) of battery storage. Mark was extremely informative, and critically, non-pushy. An updated scheme plan followed, with the panels arrangement, costs and an energy projection and scheme payback timeline. The installation was very swift and the installation crew were careful when connecting into the fuse board. This was carefully planned and all making good was done by the crew. After the installation, a BER assessment was carried out literally 2 days later. This feeds into the paperwork required for the SEAI grant. This was all arranged by Mark and the Blue Solar team. The grant was paid within a few weeks. The app is excellent and allows the user to get a quick overview of the system. Blue Solar do ongoing system overview and they monitor the system to ensure that thing are working as they should be. I was contacted by multiple solar panel installation companies as I researched options for solar panels, and I found many to be quite pushy and expectant in their site survey. It is worth stating here that there was no such pushy, panel-maximising sales pitch from Mark. And it is further worth noting that no other company was more competitive in their quotation. This, coupled with truly excellent customer service at all stages, gets a 5 stars!

Blue Solar fitted 16 solar panels and a 5 battery. Service was exceptional. Well planned and executed. Georgi and Mark great team. I would recommend them. Thanks.
