Wot a spot in the hart of tullamore poped in for some dinner 🍽️ and drinks 🍺 Lovely pints of Rockshore lager super atmosphere during the day Had a fabulous steak dinner at a reasonable prices also the Hawaiian burger 🍔food was perfect 👍 good job Phoenix bar Top-notch grub everyone is so friendly there so we came back later on as there was an 80s style disco 🕺 what a venue very recommended spot good tunes and good pints 🍻 and crack Well run venue will be back 💯%

Great place for food and creamy pints of Guinness, staff always friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere around the place

First and last time going to this venue, drinks are a total rip off, poorly run venue, to be fair the security staff were good at managing the awkward customers...

It was OK, young bar staff haven't a clue how to pull a pint of Guinness, toilet facilities were very clean , Trad band singing rebel songs , outdated

We had full breakfast there on Tuesday morning, there where three of us. The chips were hot but the rest of cooked breakfast was luke warm. Very disappointing as The Square food was always excellent and very hot. Perhaps it is do with the staff having to walk a lot in such a large building. Very much doubt we'll be back.

The athmosphere was great very friendly staff good food served fresh and hot very good communication skills well worth the visit if you are ever in the centre of Tullamore it is on the right hand side in the square across from the Library which is facing you as you stand on the main street you can not miss it

This is now operating as a food cafe during the day. Came recommended but didn't realise the person I was speaking with was being sarcastic till it was too late...chips were that funny over fried brown, the beans tasted strange and the coffee was great value, I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth for hours...

A brilliant spot. Lovely crowd and a great atmosphere. Not to be missed. Food excellent and not over priced.

Had a lovely time on Sunday in Phoenix bar, its great that they do food now! Lovely menu, very clean large bar, great friendly staff and they were showing the sports on TV. Will be back soon!

Nice sized venue with a smoking section out back. They had a live band playing on the Friday night that I went, who did covers. I'm not much of bar person so I can't give much information besides that the music was loud (as expected) and the drinks were expensive (€3 for a Sprite, again, as expected).

Lovely place ,nice atmosphere. The staff were very good and the food was excellent.

Lovely atmosphere with very friendly, helpful staff- enjoyed a delicious chicken salad.

Called in last Thursday and ordered the special of the day,it was delicious.Going back this Friday with ladies from work for an evening meal,that's how good it was.

They're having a nightmare at the moment. Staff don't know what drinks they serve, you have to order your drinks at the bar despite pandemic rules stating you must provide table service. Food can be ordered from the table if you can find a waitress, but they constantly walk past and miss table, when we finally ordered food we had to pay straight away, with CASH for some reason, the waitress bringing the food came across as if it was more a favour than their job, and they didn't bring any cutlery. I don't blame the staff, but I do blame the management for clearly not training their staff. Lovely place, but needs a lot of work

Went there for a staff night out and the food and service was beyond amazing .will definitely be back!

Went here last night to here two Brilliant singers got a bottle of budwiser one year out of date and there was a fridge full of them went back up and they just said sorry about that never will I go there again.

Free entry, disco bar. Good variety of drinks, friendly staff. Toilets are always well maintained. Clean, good music. Mix of ages

Good food lovely staff great place for bite to eat and a few drinks

Always a bad sign when you see ‘children eat free’ on a Sunday!! Wasn’t greeted on entry and had to fill out details on refill pad regarding COVID policy without any instruction from a staff member. Picked up a menu again without staff member assisting me and I seated myself. Menu looked like it was typed by a ten year old ! Finally a waitress came to take my order. Very slow bringing food out, just hope they do better on a working day with people only getting an hour for lunch!! Got the chicken burger, chips were greasy and pale in colour, wasn’t very appetising! I do wonder where the chicken came from🤮
