I asked Ciaran to overall the plumbing in an apartment that had lay idle for over 2 years. He made everything so easy. He got started on the job immediately, explained what he was doing and needed to do. He highlighted any problems immediately and searched out parts so that we didn't have to install a new and costly boiler. I found him professional and very hardworking. Fantastic Service!! I was converting my heating from oil to gas, Ciarán explained everything in detail and provided daily updates on the progress. He is extremely neat and tidy, I was very impressed by the fact that every evening he cleared up the area, so that you didn't even know he was there. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had a problem with my hot water tank and I rang Ciarán. He sent a plumber the next morning. Fabulous service and Philip the plumber did a first class job. Highly recommended.

I had a leak from a shower which required a part that was no longer being made. Ciaran had it fixed within 24 hours. I could not recommend him more highly and I will be using him for any future work.

It is a full service in terms of providing all the professionals necessary for the project, ie, tilers, electricians etc and each person was professional and punctual. Ciaran did a complete refurb of my old house by installing a new bathroom and a complete new heating system. Due to the age of the house, Ciaran and his team encountered additional complications. He continuously updated me on the progress and offered solutions to any problems they came across. His workmanship was excellent and completed to a very high standard. Brilliant team, always on time and neat at work, has a multi range of specialists. Did a job for us 5 years ago and worked with them ever since. Not cheap but worth every cent. I love my bathrooms now, just posted a couple of pictures here. Ciaran also helped with our plumbing problems after a disastrous plumber from the street, so really happy here too.

We recently had our bathroom and two en-suites refitted by Ciarán and his team. The work completed was of a very high standard and we are extremely happy with the bathrooms. Ciarán was a pleasure to deal with at all times. During the initial consultation he guided us through the options that were most suitable for us. In the following weeks Ciarán was always available to answer any questions we had and to offer advice. When the work commenced Ciarán coordinated the whole project. Ciarán and his team were always very punctual, efficient, trustworthy and friendly. Ciarán kept us updated on the progress of the project on a regular basis. There had been extensive water damage in two rooms due to leaking showers. Ciarán was extremely positive and helpful regarding the best way to rectify this problem, as he was with any other problems he encountered during the project. He fixed the damage that had been done and rectified all of the other problems he encountered. We are delighted that we chose Ciarán Looney and his team to refurbish our bathrooms and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Absolutely professional and gentleman. I needed a shower fitted asap. I was recommended the best shower available which I supplied. The installation was done in approx 1hr with no disruption to me or my home. The shower are was left as new where Ciaran had cleaned the area after completion. No mess, filled all holes from previous shower fixtures which was a nice touch. And he also fixed my heating which was acting up for mths and decided to stop working and at no additional cost. I highly recommend Ciaran and will be referring him to anyone that needs his skills.

Ciaran has completed two bathroom overhauls in my home - the ensuite last year when we moved in and more recently, the main bathroom. The fact I went back to Ciaran for the bathroom job this year is testament to the fact that his workmanship and service is second to none and this was evident when we originally did the ensuite in 2016. Ciaran is very professional in his approach and keen to listen and also advise. He is very straight talking and honest about what is and isn't achievable. Once he takes on the job, it is seen through from start to finish with no delays - his team were always punctual and friendly - his tiler is exceptional and we have in fact used him to do other separating tiling a work at our home. Although a bathroom overhaul can be messy and intrusive, the house was always left clean and tidy during the revamps and on completion, every scrap of rubbish was taken away. Ciaran also keeps in regular contact throughout the work, even calling in the evening if required to meet face-to-face - this is very reassuring from a client's point of view. We have completed our bathroom upgrades now and I'm sure they will last for many years. For now, all I can do is recommend Ciaran to anyone I know who is looking for a bathroom overhaul. Ciaran Looney has completed a number of jobs for me over the years varying from replacing a radiator to a full bathroom fitout. He is a professional and courteous individual with excellent communication and inter personal skills. His team is equally capable and accommodating and the quality of workmanship is of a very high standard. Ciaran has made himself available on phone and on site during out of office hours and at weekends and his mantra of 'customer comes first' certainly has been tested by me on many occasions.
