I used Alternative Energy for my solar installation in June. Couldn't recommend them more! Great information, not pushy at all. The installers were brilliant and done a very neat job and all working perfectly. Huge difference in bills already.

Alternative Energy are a superb company to deal with, right from the initial quoting stage, through question's and queries, installation and after installation customer service. They took the worry and stress out of what was a large investment for us. The panel installation was completed in 1 day with 90% of the work outside. A few days later the electrical installation was completed, all indoor on this occasion. The house was left spotless by the crew. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alternative Energy to any prospective customers. 😊

Excellent service and excellent value for money. They came on the planned date and installed, tested and commissioned the solar PV panel system over two days. Both the roofing team and the electricians carried out their work in a professional manner. They answered and explained any questions I asked, they discussed with me beforehand what they would do, they explained how the system operates and what apps I needed to download and they tidied up fully when they were finished. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alternative Energy to anyone based on their excellent service and professionalism.

Alternative Energy installed a Solar edge 20kw panel and 10kw battery system for me on my poultry laying unit, very happy with the performance so far! Insulation was first class! We did have a few small issues at the beginning but they where sorted fairly quickly! Would highly recommend Alternative Energy and the solar edge system..

We had been considering the installation of Solar PV for quite a while. I visited many commercial premises that had installed solar panels to research the process, before deciding on Alternative Energy as our provider. Jerome, Ronan and their team did a top class job of designing, installing and commissioning our system, with minimum disruption to the every day running of our factory. All the required paperwork and forms were completed for our ESB Network connection and our SEAI grant application. Our phone app allows us to monitor our usage and get live information of solar production. I am now looking at installing a second system on another premises and plan on using Jerome and Ronan once again. Their standard of workmanship is exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recommending Alternative Energy as a solar provider. Mark Birnie Director Shackletons Milling.

The guys were recommended to me by a friend. Price was good and they were lovely to deal with. I'm not usually one for leaving reviews but they went the extra mile so I thought it was only fair. We actually had a faulty inverter out of the box, the guys took up the case with the manufacturer and got us a replacement fitted within a week, so fair play.

Very happy with the whole process, from the initial contact with Niall who was a great support, the installation/electrical teams were efficient and effective. The solar panels are working perfectly. I would certainly recommend Alternative Energy to my family and friends.

Got my panels installed in June and I couldn't recommend Alternative Energy enough, very happy with their product, service, communications and price! I had 12 panels installed, along with an Eddi and invertor! Install was expertly done, neat, tidy and safe! App works great to see all my microgen realtime, The guys offered sound advice, never tried to oversell either, very flexible in terms of applying the no VAT rate to save on the original price i was quoted, installing a hybrid system ready to take a battery at any time. Overall I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with Alternative Energy.

Great company to deal with and really professional both pre- and post-installation. Always available to answer any questions and the installation itself was really quick. Very happy with my setup now and having the ability to charge my EV car for free is a huge bonus.

Was very happy with AE. I had a few issues with the battery at the beginning and AE were very good at resolving this issue. I would recommend AE if you are considering getting SP.
