I would like to say a big thank you to Ideal Electrical for the installation of my PV system. The initial meeting with Jason for the survey was excellent with all questions/queries answered very professionally and always with the intention to recommend the correct system for my house. The installation was just as good and the system was installed to a very high standard from start to finish and even the tidy up at the end was very considerate. I would like to thank Jason, Kev and especially John(who had all the attic work) for a super job and i would have no hesitation recommending them for future work.

Look no further! Ideal Electrical is the most professional supplier I have ever had to my home. When Jason called to survey our home for suitability for solar panels, he didn't rush us, answered all our questions so we had an idea of what we were doing. He followed up quickly with a comprehensive quote, and included lots of relevant information to help us make our choice. Fitting day came, his team were amazing, and took a lot of care of our home. We are absolutely delighted with the installation and would highly recommended Ideal Electrical. A mention has to go to Kevin who hoovered the attic, stairs and landing before the job finished!

The team were fantastic, so professional, work was conducted efficiently and everything was explained in advance and any questions I had were answered. The place was left immaculate when they left. Would definitely recommend.

Jason and his team were wonderful. Jason took us through a number of options and explained the pros and cons of each one in technical detail (not just a sales pitch). One we made our decision, the whole team were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, & tidy and did an amazing job in one day (14 PVs, battery, and hot water diverter). We are very happy to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I got a solar PV system installed by Ideal Electrical recently. I can thoroughly recommend them as they were completely professional, knowledgeable, very experienced as it was obvious that they have done many prior PV solar installs. The guys were all very pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up as they went, leaving no mess what so ever. Because of the quality of their work, they managed to complete solar PV installs in about 4 of neighbour’s houses on my street. This work came via word of mouth. Jason was very pleasant and easy to deal with ( as were all the guys) , he was very responsive to any of my minor questions. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Ideal Electrical for PV installation and any other electrical work

Excellent experience with the Ideal Electrical team. Everything from the initial site survey, to follow up questions, installation and after-sales service was top class. Kept up fully informed as the installation progressed. Fast and efficient installation. The team left the place spotless - you wouldn't even know they had been at the house that day. System is working a dream. Can't recommend Jason and the team enough.

The Ideal Electric team led by Jason are professional and easy to work with. Very accommodating in scheduling the installation, they shared a PV plan and delivered it expertly.

Really disappointed dealing with Jason. He agreed to take our job on 25th September. He said that it would be a few weeks which we were ok with, numerous texts were sent to him for an update over proceeding weeks with no reply from him. Then today 21st November he took my call and he advised that he was not going to get to us and was cancelling us and for us to look for a new contractor… this all after waiting 2 months for him. I know he is busy, we are all busy but just a little respect for people! My advice would be similar to his, find another contractor!

Excellent service by Jason and his team. No question no matter how trivial was a problem. Completed solar panel instillation in one day. I would highly recommend Ideal Solar and Electrical.

The Photovoltaic install went really well and the team are dedicated to making everything right. We are up and running now and even sending some power to the grid in cloudy conditions as well as charging the battery and powering the house. The remote monitoring is wonderful. Next step Ideal are going to install a car charger.

Both Jason & John, completed a new Consumer Unit and PV Panel electrics install at my home, with a polite & attentive manner at all times. The works completed were tidy and efficient & I would highly recommend them.

Extremely responsive, thoughtful service. Jason came out promptly. He was careful to make sure he had as many details as possible beforehand so that he would be in a position to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Couldn't be happier - we now have hot water!

Highly recommend Jason and his team for their professionalism, reliability and especially responsiveness. Used a few times and always impressed. Goes over and above, excellent referrals even if not an electricial issue.

Jason did some ad hoc wiring for us (both garden and indoors). Really genuine guy, hardworking, tidy, professional over email, and reasonably priced. One of the best tradesman we have come across - and we have seen many!

I found IDEAL SOLAR & ELECTRIC to be an excellent company to deal with and has a very efficient and courteous work team.
