I got a pv system from ft technical. It was delivered 1 day late due to a courier problem but it arrived safe and sound in the end. The guys over there were so helpful and knew what they were talking about. My installer is coming next week to install. Thanks.

Friendly and helpful company from start to finish. They took the time to make sure I ordered the right items for my project when I wasn't quite sure what I needed. Sent the items quickly and helped out straight away when one item was unfortunately damaged in transit. Everything is working perfectly! Will be using them in future for further projects. Thank you.

I called up FT Technical in the UK for advice on what off grid system i would need for my home in Africa. They talked me through the entire system based on my needs and the appliances i wanted to power. They gave me a good quotation including delivered to the freight forwarder in London. The installers here have just finished installing it for me and it works perfectly. I am so so happy with the service i got from them they really know their stuff.I would highly reccommend them to anyone looking for solar panels and battery. Great service 👏 Thank you.

6 days after placing the order, nothing. Sent a chasing email. 2 days later they replied and said the products were end of line, all damaged in warehouse and would refund (website still shows them for sale as of today) No refund arrived. Another chasing email sent 12 days later as still no refund arrived. Advised them they had 5 days to make sure the refund was in my account otherwise issue would escalated. 7 days later refund arrived. Website has fake reviews, screenshots attached.

Panels delivered on time, stood up on pallet and secured properly, not a mark on any at all, will be using again.
