I was looking to place an order for several lights, however having read the reviews I will NO longer be shopping here, I can get the same product from a well know high street retailer, SO A LESSON TO YOU, TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WELL, OTHERWISE YOU LOSE BUSINESS, NEXT SELL WHAT I NEED ALBEIT AT EXTRA COST BUT AT LEAST I HAVE 💯 CONFIDENCE IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, REMEMBER, CUSTOMERS ARE SAVVY NOT GREEDY, LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES.....

Excellent electrical wholesalers, open to the public. Non tradespeople welcome. Friendly, well knowledgeable staff who give great advice on both products and issues/enquiries regarding wiring and or electrical Prices are very good, very competitive.

Just want to leave my very positive experience in dealing with this company. Ordered a few detectors and light bulbs on a Sunday, call them on the Monday spoke to Gurpreet who very kindly confirmed that I had placed additional delivery instructions on the order ( I wasn't sure if I had). Received a callback Monday to confirm delivery address, item shipped and delivered by Tuesday morning via DPD. All items fitted and working, and very happy all round. People generally leave a bad experience, but rarely a good one. I think these guys deserve a good one- So, thank you!!!

Ordered two new key fobs online, one was New, the other was Used, I dont know how it happened and i dont care but I expect to receive what I paid for. Currently going through the process of being denied and ignored until 14 days elapse where i can escalate. Thankfully we have laws in place. I advise you dont use this company for online orders, if you go in person, inspect everything before you leave the premises, otherwise they will accuse you of foul play . You've been warned

Received faulty unit tried to send email couldn't see capcha and there is no attachment to add picture and in the terms and conditions there is so so many items that they wont except back and charge for restocking After reading reviews expecting a fight to get this item replaced

Yet to receive unbroken light on third replacement each taking over a week to come. No sense of urgency whatsoever.

Fantastic service. I called them at 3:50 urgently needing something to be delivered next day. Their delivery people were picking up at 4pm. In advance of me ordering they advised me that the fused isolator I ordered didn't come with fuses and another person from their company called me to double check that I didn't need the fuses. I received my delivery the next day.

Very poor customer service. I placed an order for a Crabtree RCBO which i needed for a job and to bulk the order up I also ordered some items for my van stock. The RCBO which I actualy needed was missing from the delivery, I called Falcon and they asked for photos to be emailed to them of the packaging, which I did, and they tried to make the process as difficult as possible. I got no reply for several weeks so I called them again on the Wednesday and I was told they would call me back on the Friday. Yet again I got no responce. They have ripped me off and dont seem to care about offering any kind of resolution. This has been going on for 6 weeks now. I have tried to give them several chances to resolve this issue. I will not use them again nor would I ever reccomend them to anybody else.

Needed to replace a 20 plus year old mains smoke detector. I spoke to Richard in customer service who identified what I needed and recommended the correct part from my description of the wiring. Awesome, part came and was correct!

Very good helpful service here and rang back with the stock info straightaway before travelling down. Kept the shower for me over the four day bank holiday and even whilst awaiting wiring regulation info . All ready for me upon arrival and no hassle whatsoever. Plus they came up with a very good idea about something else ...that although maybe trivial really to some was a very good idea for me ...that oddly I'd not thought of...HA! 🤔 I have actually been here before but a long time ago and will certainly make it my first choice of call for future requirements Thankyou to Shaun and the other guys ! A happy customer ! 😃

Very good prices on many items. I have used them a number of times even though I’m far away. Website could work better, I have difficulty searching for items using an iPad. Good communication with phone or email though.

Prices on the website seemed too cheap but I was too tempted not to order. Got the shipping confirmation in under 1 hour, heaters arrived the next morning. Great prices and great service in my experience, I recommend.

I been today thinking I will get good prices and service but honestly the price isn’t much different to what you pay anywhere else they cheap on few but hit you on other items. But anyway I travelled from sheffield by a recommendation from a friend in Leeds and we bought some items asking if a machine was single or 3 phase we took the diagram at the back of it and showed it guy said 3 phase and we bought it and at the time and I specifically asked him can I bring it back if it isn’t suitable he said sure so it was all good then when we took stuff to car we had a call returned from manufacturer Of the fryer and they said it is single phase connection. so immediately went in 3 minutes after I paid and said we made a mistake and we need to return the stuff and buy items we need and I was shocked when guy serving me said they will charge me 25% of nearly 400£ for returning 10pcs item which came to 100£ just for it to be stocked again so after explaining to him I been told I can bring it back if it wasn’t suitable he told me there was a sign saying 25% restocking fee and which until now I still haven’t seen it. So after they made me literally beg in front of 10 people I offered him just to take 2 highest cost item at least which came to 250£ including vat back after more begging he was like yeah we gonna do it for good will and I’ve costed them 1 hour of 3 peoples time to pick the stock up etc etc.(his time must be running quick). I would like to say just one thing to anyone wanting to use them is Definitely look for signs and make sure you don’t get stung like me cos now I had to keep over 100£ gear that I probably won’t use ever . If I have gone off with the products and brought it a day later or something I would of understood it if I opened the packaging but I didn’t even start or got into my car and the way they treat us like you need them they don’t need you is not fair. I will be taking this to trading standards . I have taken picture of the customer serving area and I will show it as a proof but what happened today was totally unfair for me and I will for sure not be using or recommending them again. I will say use screwfix or other even pay 10-20% more and have professional company and people . Until today I was always wanting my money to go to family or small businesses but from now on it’s only ever going to be major suppliers at least they don’t try to bend you over after they have your money.

A very dishonest business. They do not refund products regardless of the consumer purchasing act. There products are mostly cheap Chinese imports and substandard products. Don't waste your money here stick to the bigger retailers such as toolstation/stax they over a better discount for trade customers and are understanding of the fact in line of building job specification changes so hence materials change also. WHO IN THERE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND CHARGES A 25% RESTOCKING FEE most of the time you go there three guys behind the counter are twiddling there thumbs.

Wide wide range and seem to have most things in stock. Some bits are cheap, but sadly found the quality on the cheaper stuff to be quite poor imported bits. Obviously, as with anything, you get what you pay for. Prices on more brand name gear are much the same as elsewhere. One thing about Falcon that can cause a problem is they are ALWAYS busy. Whilst I can't particularly fault them for that, you are often in a queue and despite the guys doing their level best you can often be waiting to get seved due to the sheer volume of people
