I choose EV Charging based on Trust Pilot reviews and those reviews weren't wrong. Great service and advice delivered promptly and very well.

Very poor customer service & lack of communication from this company. My appointment for an engineer to do survey was cancelled 3 times at very short notice. Total lack of consideration for a potential customer. Would not recommend, I will be taking my business elsewhere **Update review 9.12.21 Gerard & Susan were extremely apologetic & went out of their way to resolve the situation. I’m very happy that we went with them. The site survey before installation is very beneficial as the whole installation process is explained. My charger was installed today & the guys are very helpful, professional & neat. Well done 👏

I found EV charging very good to deal with. The service was very efficient. They were very helpful regarding options that were available and advise in general. the service was excellent from the initial phone call through to fitting of the unit

Very efficient team starting with telephone calls to Susan, Gerry who inspected the premises and the solution for the most suitable place to install the charger and the team who installed the charger and setting up the mobile phone.👍 Also with the application for the grant.

All the staff I spoke with were pleasant and helpful; the electronic paperwork was simple to download and straightforward to complete (including the grant application); and the Zappi charger was neatly and expertly fitted at the appointed time on the day before my car arrived. The experience really couldn't have been bettered.

The team at EV Charging helped KCC to select the right solution for our needs and were very professional in their delivery managing the project to completion on time and on budget. Overall a very good service.

EV Charging Ireland recently installed an Easee One charger at my home. I have to say, the entire experience from first contact to completion of the installation was outstanding. The staff in the office provided a very clear and itemised cost breakdown of the work to be done and answered technical queries quickly. The electricians who arrived to do the work were professional and did a really neat installation, then demonstrated the operation of the charger and associated Android app. I am impressed with this company and the high-quality service they provide. They did exactly what they said they would do - I was given an early morning appointment for the installation and the crew arrived exactly on time. Would heartily recommend EV Charging for installing your EV home charger.

I can’t recommend this company enough . My experience with them from start to finish has been exemplary. When I was phoning around initially doing my research , I was lucky enough to deal with Aisling . Aisling’s customer care was second to none . She talked me through the whole routine from start to finish , answering every question explaining as we went along . Her knowledge of the product and how it works was infinite. She has such a lovely pleasant way about her. I also dealt with Susan in the phone who was equally lovely and helpful . Ger visited my home to assess where to put the charger and was also very nice to deal with . Paudie and his crew that installed the charger were friendly and efficient and the job was done quickly and hasslefree. Although the price was fractionally higher than other companies I phoned it was worth every penny . This is a family owned company and the pride they take in their product is very evident . Don’t think twice , ring Aisling if only to chat to a lovely person . 😉

I got a home car charger installed with EV Charging Ireland. They were easy to deal with and knowledgeable on what was required for my home setup. The charger unit was installed nicely without issue, would recommend.

EV Charging Ireland recently installed a Wallbox Pulsar Plus charging unit for me. I contacted a number of different providers and EV Charging were the only company who recommended a site visit in advance of quoting a price. The site visit was extremely valuable to me as they proposed a different location to the one I believed to be most suitable leaving me with more flexibility. The price quoted was well in line with other companies and when the site visit is taken into account, it represented the best value. The team that came to install were professional and extremely neat and tidy with their work. There is no single sign within the house that the EV charging cable is running through the house. I can highly recommend EV Charging Ireland for installation of EV charging unit.

I was very happy with the friendly and professional service from this company. Susan and Ger and their team were great to deal with. They gave me good advice on my non-standard install and were available to answer all my queries. I highly recommend them.

Professional from start to finish..... Great communication throughout and even followed up with a 2nd visit when there was an issue on the first visit (Wi-Fi security, unrelated to the guys). Couldn't recommend this company highly enough

We had an EV charger and PV Panels installed. The quality of the workmanship is A1. The helpfulness of the technicians and the office staff, made the whole experience very painless

Lads came and installed a Zappi charger. Very efficient, clean job, with good workmanship and competitive price, compared to some quotes I obtained.
