Contacted Neil to replace a couple of security lights for my mother. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the job could be done so soon. Online acceptance of the quote was straight forward and call back to confirm work date was really efficient. Neil and his colleague completed the work quickly and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending Neil and using him again. Great to have an electrician you can rely on. Very reasonably priced, too. Thanks to Janice for her part in arranging the job. Super service!

We have used Neil on several occasions and have always been very pleased with his work. He is very professional, arrives on time, works efficiently, explains what the job entails. On the one occasion when there was a problem afterwards he came immediately to correct things. Highly recommended.

Following extensive research I chose N.Brown Electrical to carry out the electrical inspection with a view to upgrading to a new main fuse box removing the various antiquated boxes and trip switches. Now that the inspection has been done, new fuse box installed and remedial work carried out I am very glad we chose Neil and his team. Highly professional, clear communication, tidy work and always timely but above all great value with no hidden surprises. Would highly recommend this company.

Initiated enquiry to repair bar light, very helpful lady gave assessment and quotation. On arrival Neil suggested alternative wireless installation. Much tidier. Friendly, innovative, tidy and punctual.

Great service from the start over the phone and Janice was able to answer any of my questions straight away, the guys completed the job on time to a high standard and wasn’t a problem to them when they needed to jump out to get a new part when job was harder than described, would highly recommend and will use again

Neil was recommended to me by a friend. Communication was great from the start with a swift response to my enquiry and arriving when he said he would to discuss work and provide quote. His advice for the lighting work was very helpful and he was able to provide everything that was needed. Good communication too with appointment information and arrived on time. I had accumulated a large number of small jobs to the point that they were really getting me down. On contacting the office, I received a prompt response, was given a date and time for the work and an explanation of the costing structure. Two days prior to the appointment, I received a confirmation message and, on the day, a further message advising me Neil was 11 minutes away. Although I had a long list of tasks, Neil and his apprentice worked solidly through it and I was very happy with the service provided. I was also satisfied with the final bill which I had been able to accurately anticipate. Not only was I impressed with the carrying out of the electrical work but also with the efficiency of the administration of the appointment, communication, invoicing and customer care. I intend to book Neil for a further piece of work and can highly recommend this company.

Does what he says on the tin. Punctual, courteous and knows his stuff. Not that hard to pay either. Pulled me out of a hole when nest heating system needed replaced. Would recommend whole heartedly.

Neil is easy to get hold of, came out promptly to quote a small job-fitting an extracter fan in the bathroom- that I was struggling to get anyone out to look at. Once I agreed the quote, a date to complete the work was arranged quickly via the admin team. Neil and his apprentice were friendly and efficient- they even fixed a faulty light switch whilst out. Communication is great, you initially get an arrival window but then are sent a more accurate eta via text which was really helpful. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

Neil installed a new fuse board, new double sockets, switched a few single sockets to doubles and upgraded the wiring on the ground floor. He arrived on time and his work was excellent. Because I had asked for a bit of extra work Neil was running late for his next job. He wasn't happy with the clean up and returned at 8.30 the following morning with vacuum cleaner and brush and pan and cleaned everywhere that he had been working on the previous day even though it wasn't that bad. All in all Neil is very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and use him again myself.

My bathroom needed a new pull switch and light fitting. I saw N Brown Electrical advertised on FaceBook and contacted them. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently, in a friendly and professional manner. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
