Fast install got a plumber but would like battery

I raised an issue with NRG and an engineer was to ring mr back , he did but the call dropped after a short time and I got no call back , my issue did the app record separately the amount of electricity I fed back into the grid and how I can access that information historically not sure when I placed the call but it was during the during October 23 around the 9th
