Very efficient team. Worked quickly and liaised and consulted where necessary. Very happy with work and outcome

It was such an easy process from start to finish. From the staff on the phone being so helpful to the lads who turned up and carried out the work. They are all such nice hard working people and we are delighted with the service we got. And the system put in is excellent!

All those who I dealt with were very professional, helpful and courteous.

Work squad arrived as expected. Explained all and proceeded to complete order with minimum fuss and interference to the household while being friendly and available for any queries.

The whole team made it really easy. Sales explained the set-up, what to expect, best location for panels etc. The installation guys were friendly and incredibly efficient (work from home, there was very little interruptions). Since having them installed, we haven't paid an electricity bill Jul-Sep and had all out hot water catered for (8 panels). Admin team took care of the grants and processing with ESB and had it all done within a few weeks of install.

Panels are working well. Poor communication between NRG & installers. Not informed that I opted for extra panels offered by surveyor although I had phoned NRG re increase from original online survey. I lost out on some of the grant as a result.

Fast efficient service from initial contact to instal. Installed in 5 hrs, clean and tidy. Have recommended to some friends, so far two have installed similar systems.

I liked the idea of the online call before any visit to my house. The original due date was brought forward by some weeks. The job was completed in one visit and I received the documentation promptly. It was possible to get through to their After Sales Service without undue delays and any promises to call back were kept. The only downside was I did not get a BER Certificate until I phoned looking for one.

The purchase and installation of solar roof panels by NRG was most efficient. I recommend this company without reservation as regards the price and quality of their work.

Experienced and very pleasant guys talked me through everything . But more than anything they totally cleaned up everything after themselves. Panels are working perfectly with daylight and I've hot water 24/7 . Thank you NRG

We chose this company on the recommendation of a retired professor of electronic engineering who is a trusted and knowledgeable friend. We also spoke to another local person who used this company recently and asked him was he satisfied. He recommended the company too. The crew who installed the panels did the work in one day. They clearly knew what they were doing and were very efficient. The panels were fully operative by that evening.

Good service from start to finish with an informative pre-site survey online meeting breaking down annual usage and expectations. Installation was very efficient. Only regret of my own is not opting for a battery with my installation.

great service fantastic attitude, as important the way they know the job and the quality of workmanship fitting the panels, i had 22 panels and 20kw of back up storage fitted by the company, looking the the best thing i could have bought at the moment, especially with the cost of energy.
