The guys came in and fitted the solar panels very efficiently everything was OK, the only thing is neatness, I asked the wiring to be put in as neat as possible on its journey out, but instead of running the wire up to the ceiling and making it neat, they ran it right in the middle of the wall, I wouldn't mind but I asked them to run it at the ceiling...... Its only To put it a extra 5 minutes to be a bit neater, it's not asking much, but now the cable is very noticeable running through the wall.

Very efficient service, and the negotiated price was very fair, and adhered to despite a long lead in time. Installation was very efficient and unforeseen trouble was dealt with later very quickly. Staff always very helpful. Only downside was the myenergi app.which we eventually got sorted. Not NRG’s problem but they were very helpful in resolving the issues.

We have our system 18 months,, firs class results,, output is as expected.NRG give great backup support Installation crew were so professional,,completely tidy ,, everything labeled and explained. Solis app is good 4.5kw installation delivered 4500 kw in a full year,, good rule of thumb metric..

NRG have been efficient and a great co.pany to deal with. The one problem I had, due to changing IPS was dealt with very quickly. I would highly recommend NRG

It's a very good system. There were a few mistakes made during installation, but the back up support after and assistance with any app or issues following power outages is excellent.

They got the whole job done in one day, very efficient. Also, they managed to keep all cables under the floors.

The installation of my solar panels was exemplary. Arrived at 9 finished at 1 other than the electrician signing off and showing how it worked. Heat pump install was similarly efficient and no mess or hassle. I would and have recommended them to friends and colleagues.

The whole process from survey to installation was handled efficiently and professionally. NRG looked after the grant application and handled the detail to qualify as a micro producer. A very pleasant experience

Had my system installed July 2022 and it has now been operating trouble free for 16 months.There wasn't any pressure sales tactics, and they turned up at the appointed time and did the job quickly and cleanly. NRG handled all the paperwork associated with the grant so I had only to pay the balance rather than pay it all up front and wait to be refunded the grant money. My only quibble remains that I would have liked to have been able to turn the water heater off/on via a smart switch (so I could turn it off when going away for a few days and be able to turn it back on remotely before my return, so that there'd be hot water upon my arrival) but was told at point of installation that I could only control it manually. Not that "smart" a system but overall I'm very happy with the product, its installation and the results so far.

The Work on installing the panels on the roof was good but I needed some panels mounted on a south facing gable wall but the Rep said this could not be done! As a result The panels are giving a very poor output!

My experience with NRG Panel has been positive. There was no pressure to proceed, everything was explained simply, all queries quickly replied to and in a helpful manner. The installation was quick and up and running the same day. I has plenty of operational questions about settings, changes and updates. Every single query was responded to in a helpful way and in a reasonable time frame. Overall they're a good outfit and happy to recommend them. Yes, there are definite financial savings but more importantly on the climate scale you are doing something hopefully for the benefit of your children, grandchildren and the environment.

Great company to deal with, wasn't the cheapest out there but I wanted a company that wasn’t going to mess up the install or worse my roof. These guys were perfect, got 20 panels on my slate roof without breaking a single slate. All the electrics were installed very neat and tidy. So if you want a quality job these are the lads to go with. Very happy with everything.

I am coming up on the end of my first year after install with my solar pv with battery and heatpump and cannot thank NRG enough for them making the process from doing the deal thru to install so smooth. It has been a great service that I cannot recommend high enough from the sales team thru to the installation engineers and the office staff have made me glad I chose NRG for my home energy upgrades.

We had a great experience with NRG from the first contact. They explained everything from the survey stage to completion. On the morning of installation a team of 9 men turned up, installation was complete by lunchtime. Everything was left clean and tidy. It was the best decision we ever made, and the saving has been amazing.

Everything was made so simple from start to finish. I put the panels on a south facing shed roof. I got good advice from the start & NRG looked after installation and grants etc. Some months later I had lightning damage which was repaired in a timely manner. Very professional outfit.
